Fallout 3's VA is Oscar worthy compared to that shit.

But as for the worst it has to be the UK voice for Vanille in FF13. Oh. My. God. It was fine at the start, and okay a few hours in, but after a while it makes me want to get a cheese grater and grate my face off.

Don't care if she's cute, its terrible. I don't care if it was because they wanted the same accent as Fang to show some form of regional dialect, they didn't screw it up with her. Hers sounds awesome.

Another set of annoying voice acting though has to be The Sims 2. It's cutesy for a while, but then it really, really grates. I'm sure part of it is that its the same voices over and over.

Most of my good selections, like Dragon Age, Final Fantasy X etc have already been listed, and I can't really think of anything else to add.

Well, that's not actually acting. That's spliced like a soundboard on Ebaum's World. But listen to Miles' voice in the campaign. That's actually supposed to be dialog.

The RAD and Arma ones ARE pretty bad though, hahahaha!

I don't get why so many people are saying Fallout 3 has the worst voice acting.

Liam-fucking-Neeson was in it!
Surely, he must cancel out all of the other atrocious voice acting.

Also Oblivion had three voice actors for the majority of the characters. That must make it worse than fallout 3.

However, I'd have to say that GTA:Vice City had the best voice acting.

I can't decide on the worst though. Possibly the Final Fantasy series. But I'm just going on whatever games I have played.

Actually, Snow I don't mind because he only talks for a few cut scenes and goes on about 'being the hero' (And all that) but to add to Vanille, I'd have to take Hope.

I always thought that Persona 3 and 4 had great voice-acting.....on the other hand, every Dynasty Warriors game I know of has made me cringe when any of the characters spoke. X_X

Best: HL 2, though the voice acting of shodan in system shock 2 and kain from the legacy of kain games come a close second. Half life 2 wins it casue the voice acting is excellent across the board and doesnt foucs on one character.
Worst: Gears of war franchise.

As far as good VA, Castle Shikigami 3(really!), and Nier. Digital Devil Saga and all the Personas have great VA too.

As you can guess, I'm no ordinary human being. And Mass Effect barely has any emotion in their dialogue. Mass Effect put me to sleep a lot of times.

Best: Demon's Souls. If the original Japanese voice actors are able to do English accents that convincing then you know they have talent.

Worst: The English voice actors for the original .hack games. Kite's was especially annoying the high pitched bastard.
