A question about conscience my good man. I would never be able to live with directly or indirectly having taken another persons life, because, know 'em or not, you killed them and destroyed their relatives. Bad deeds for a good cause is neutrality. Not goodness.

I wouldn't press the button if it was a random choice of who dies.
If I was given the option to choose, however, I would probably euthanize somebody with something terminal, or somebody in great pain with little chance of survival.
