He did specify 'Organized Religion' in the description, which is what you're generally talking about when you refer to priests... Just because somebody doesn't like the way other people tell them to experience the spiritual aspects of their lives doesn't mean they dislike religion in general. The Tall Nerd said:christian =/= catholicAbomination said:In the traditional sense of "must have penetrated a vagina", perhaps.DVS BSTrD said:It's cute that she still thinks Priests are virgins.

I ask that you consider the comic you are referring to. Aside from video game humor, this series has been carried by the consistency of Erin as a "dick" character. It is who she is, it's what she does. If you're annoyed by seeing "dick" humor in a comic about a "dick" character, then you might be reading the wrong comic. I do not wish to turn you away from Critical Miss by any means, though. Just maybe alter your expectations? The Tall Nerd said:from what i can tell from i can tell the people who do this comic aren't really fans. which is fine, i have no issue with that my issue comes in where they try to fight being a dick, with being a dick.AzureFlameLord said:He did specify 'Organized Religion' in the description, which is what you're generally talking about when you refer to priests... That said, great comic as usual, guys. As was already said by others before me, you have my sincere and deepest respect for keeping on schedule with release despite this being Christmas week.
you just end up looking like an atheist dick
i dont care if you dont like religon
nor do if you dont like atheism
no one cares, just make flipping jokes that aren't dick moves against each other shit isn't funny anymore
your disbelief in good is not comedy, it bores me
Strange that you would keep coming back here after so long if you hadn't found them funny in the past.Nimzabaat said:That's a first, a Critical Miss that was kinda funny.
Well put, sir. I find that Erin really has it in for religion....and everyone and everything in a 20ft radius around her. She could pick a fight with a puppy. That's why I am here--for the douchebaggery. The jokes do not always register with me due to my unfamiliarity with some of the mainstream video game content. When this is the case, I simply hold my tongue and wait a week.AzureFlameLord said:I ask that you consider the comic you are referring to. I do agree that constructive criticism is both a positive and necessary element of these sorts of things. If you believe these comics could be better, or you disagree with a certain way in which something in handled, I'm sure the creators appreciate your input. However, I would suggest you make that criticism your immediate priority when posting if you do have such intentions. Your original post simply pointed out that you were not amused. I may be misinterpreting your method of criticism here, but that does not seem to offer the creators much in terms of advice or actual critique. In fact, it would be fairly easy to misinterpret your comment as a petty complaint and nothing more. I mean no offense by this, I just believe you should offer more if you wish to make a difference. The Tall Nerd said:you mean expect something funny from someone a thing that's on a website full of funny interesting people. i have expectations.AzureFlameLord said:I ask that you consider the comic you are referring to. i know every comic cant be the boondocks ( oh lord i love all that came from the boondocks) but i am asking for them to try.
to go to a different medium, even south park is above "hur dur relgeon is stupeed" hell they made fun of that in the morman episode
art ( that's what this is ) , this kinda of art is commentary on whats reliant in the world to the artists, this comic alot of times feels like a half assed attempt at that.
constructive criticism, it happens with art
I was referring to your initial post while stating that you should have made criticism your first concern instead of simply complaining that you do not like the humor. I never claimed to agree or disagree with you, I'm just trying to make a point. I won't force you to converse with me, and I can't help it if you don't like what I'm saying. Sorry to have wasted your time. The Tall Nerd said:i made a constructive cricismAzureFlameLord said:I do agree that constructive criticism is both a positive and necessary element of these sorts of things. but i think this is going to be a good ol case of
" since you don't agree with how i feel about something your criticism isn't constructive"
so i bid you adue
Quick question on this subject.Tanis said:Catholics are Christians.
/=/ means 'not'.
So, by your very post you were saying either 'Christians aren't Catholics' or 'Catholics aren't Christians'.
Way too get pissed over nothing, bro.
Technically, the original meaning of the word virgin was a pure, untouched maiden. Thus, men could not be considered virgins.Abomination said:In the traditional sense of "must have penetrated a vagina", perhaps.DVS BSTrD said:It's cute that she still thinks Priests are virgins.
Yeah no kidding. I usually give them a miss (no pun intended) but there was no ZP this week and I got bored.Eric the Orange said:Strange that you would keep coming back here after so long if you hadn't found them funny in the past.Nimzabaat said:That's a first, a Critical Miss that was kinda funny.
≠ doesnt mean "not". It means "not equal". In this case thats important, because for something to be equal they need to be identical, not just one being a subset of the other.Tanis said:Catholics are Christians.
/=/ means 'not'.
So, by your very post you were saying either 'Christians aren't Catholics' or 'Catholics aren't Christians'.
Thats a strange way of phrasing it, but if we accept your phrasing I would go with option 3 - a different symbol. Namely, I would say "1 ∈ 5", where ∈ means "an element of the set", since youve kind of phrased the question so that 5 is a set of smaller numbers.Monster_user said:Which is correct?
Consider that 5 is the number, and that 1 is considered to be a part of 5 (1,1,1,1,1) or (1,4).
Methinks it was not a girl and you are probably lucky you didn't click that link.Chinchama said:Most of the people on LoL are just very selfish and think so highly of themselves. The game is great to play with a team of people who can communicate...but more often than not you have someone who thinks they are the only one of talent and from the start tell you and your team everything you do is wrong, you suck, noob,..etc and then when ask "what should i do?"...no reply.....loveeeeeeee it.
More on topic...I have played random match games in LoL and out of the hundreds I have played only twice have I been aware there was a girl on the team. Of these two times, once I had called mid, the girl then said, "No I want mid" as I was typing, "sure, okay you can take it" she posted before I could reply, " I will show you my tits for mid" ...I was going to give her mid anyways...but lo' and behold a message later with a tinyurl link....dont know or care if it was her <-reported
