"Hm..." Was all Dragon had to say about the recent events. He found a seat in front of the table and gave the others a look before drifting off into his thoughts

[Berethond]

Name: Odin Ulrich
Age: 27

Hair Color: Blonde
Hair style: Long and untrimmed
Appearance: 6'3", and fairly built. Wears some sort of animal pelt cloak, along with some rather primitive-looking armor. Wears a patch over his right eye, as it is missing.

Weaponry: Favors a standard Viking-style longsword and round shield.
Items: An herb that an old woman said would take away pain from any wounds he received.
Other: Whetstone for his sword.

Parents: Hiw father was part of the guard, his mother was a maid for some of the shopkeepers.
District: Northern Market District
Occupation: Guard muscle, is somewhat known stopping riots single-handedly. He's also worked as a guard for some of the richer families.

 

[Birras]

"Well..." Birras said, taking a seat at the table, "Did anyone else find that a bit odd?"

 

[Time Travelling Toaster]

"Yeah it was, and what is The Varnished Font ?" Andrew said as he sat down looking at the hooded man that spoke in the chamber, he seemed to know more about this than they did. He also wondered why they needed someone so heavily armed...

 

[Mordereth]

Suddenly, there was a commotion outside the door. A muffled voice said,

"We got this one, too."

Abruptly, the door was thrown open, Odin Ulrich was thrown through, and the door slammed behind him.

 

[EMFCRACKSHOT]

Martin walked over to the corner and sat on the floor, more comfortable there than at the table. He kept fidgeting nervously, not used to being indoors. "yes he said "that was strange wasnt it. The Varnished Font? The name sounds familier, I'm sure I've heard it before. I just can't remember where"
"I'm Martin by the way."

 

[Mordereth]

I'm waiting for almost everyone to at least say something. This is supposed to be some inter-character dialogue before the killing spree. Also trying to make sure people are still watching this. Far for the break-neck pace I'll slow 'er down a bit

"Dragon" The hooded wander uttered to the others. His gaze wandered towards the stranger they just threw in, a tall and primitive looking man. He gave the man a nod before going about his business.

 

[Berethond]

Odin looked around. He was angry.
He didn't like being thrown around, like some sack.

It didn't suit him.

"Dragon" he heard a hooded man in the corner say.

"I'm Odin." growled Odin.

"Has anyone figured out why we're here yet?" said he.

 

[Time Travelling Toaster]

"Welcome to the mystery Odin." said Andrew as he checked out the growling man, "and something about the Varnished Font in the Southern Market District...other than that we know nothing."

 

[Mordereth]

A thudding came from outside the door, along with a muffled yelp.

"Begone, old man! Your council is no longer welcome here." It was the guard who'd spoken with them earlier.

"Hmph" At this point Dragon had grown tired of just waiting for orders. With his sword drawn he kicks the door down just in time to see an elderly man tangle with one of the guards.

Dragon stands between the two, weapon raised.

 

[EMFCRACKSHOT]

Martin saw Dragon draw his sword and kick down the door. damn this is confusing he thought to himself.
Seeing the old man and the guard he drew an arrow and aimed his bow at the guard. "Dragon, I've got your back but whatever you're going to do do it fast. All that noise you made is sure to bring more guards soon"

 

[Birras]

Birras looks up to see that the one who had identified himself as 'Dragon' had kicked down the door and appeared to be getting ready to attack a guard. Birras sighed and saind in a bored manner "What are you doing, you bloody dolt? It wouldn't be wise to attack one of the king's guard in the king's own bloody castle. I doubt you can fight off all the guards in the keep."

 

[EMFCRACKSHOT]

"Birras, we have been here for hours and we haven't been told anything. This could be our chance to get information" Martin's voice betrayed his confusion and fear as he spoke but never once did his bow lower from the guards chest

 

[Birras]

"There is a time and a place to threaten town guards for information, and it is neither here nor now. Killing a single wasp will only succeed in shaking the nest, and I'm afraid that in this case, the stingers are razor sharp 3 foot blades."

 

[Berethond]

"This man Birras is correct. Now is not the time for this," Odin said, as he walked towards Dragon.

"We'll get our answers eventually, Dragon." said Odin.
"Just calm down."

 

[Time Travelling Toaster]

Andrew sat watching the events unfolding in the door and hallway, that "Dragon" confused him, he said nothing and tried to kill the guards...what was wrong with him.
He drew his sword and stepped towards Dragon and the guards, he knew a couple of the guards and he didn't want some mad man killing them...but he only would step in if he made a move against him.
