I am curious. What are the origins of the word Dame on these forums? Is it some in-joke that I've missed, or did you two just come up with it?

Richard just said it in the IRC chat, we thought it was dame, and we ran with it.

Dame is exactly the same as "smurf". You're just used to smurf instead of dame. Any word can be used to replace "smurf".
