<color=white>Ok I have an idea for an RP, and thought I?d not do the ?Petey? approach. Again.
So here goes nothing.
Back story
Taking place on a post apocalyptic version of Earth. Ravaged by wars and natural disasters, the human race has been crushed the survivors created cities that where greater than the last set to "spread peace" they said. One of the natural disasters created a mutation, this mutation accessed parts of the human mind that where previously unknown
This mutation was called the "Re-start" by scientist, it however destroyed the minds of some people that it apparently deemed unworthy of it's gifts, these "people" became husks for the mutation, uncontrollable by any means they had, testing began, the ones that failed were kicked out of the cities, forced to embrace the animalistic side of their mutation. They are the Dreshi.
The one's that passed however, were divided by what was unlocked, but united through a common enemy. Some of the re-started population became more psychically enhanced and unlocked the abilities that where thought to be magic by past civilisations, telekinesis etc, these where came to be known as the Oktra.
The others became smarter, more technologically advanced, they created simple weapons for the Adepts use, and more advanced weapons for their own use, some became scientists, others artists, but collective they are known as the Utran
Story

The Oktra are generally stronger and bigger than their Utran counterparts, although they are also slower as a result. In tests it was found that people with lighter hair tones were nearly always an Oktra, the scientists never knew why, they just used it to sort people into they're training sections. Oktra are given less intense weapon training since they are "natural" psychic fighters.
Physically smaller and weaker than they Oktra, they make up for it with a more blistering running pace. Almost all of the Utran have darker hair, and usually are more sallow skinned. Utran are given highly specific weapon and armour training to make up for their lack of psychic ability, they are always gifted with more advanced weapons since they can make their own and are only limited by their creativity.
General Dreshi are black skinned and red-eyed, these are the "Rank and file" of the Dreshi, however some of the Dreshi adapted to their environment, these Dreshi range in colour, from sand coloured in the desert areas, to a dark brown in the swamp areas. All of them have unaccredited strength and agility for there small forms, and long claws to attack, kill and rip open their prey. Not much is known about how they colonise areas or if they communicate with each other.
A group chosen for their outstanding record throughout training and growth, they're the elite guard within Encruso. The king and queen are the only people with control over the Afrena, when they get called in, something awful has happened. They are afforded the best armour and weapons they can use. Currently there is only six members of Afrena.

Bio: De?kren?s mother died giving birth to him, his father was in the Afrena and was killed by a Dreshi on mission, he became Chief Commander so young because they thought he would live up to his father?s standards, they were right. With a boring childhood outside of training, De?kren settled into studying and intense training, he was selected for heavy training at 12 years old and learned how to make his own weapons like all Utran guards.

Primary Weapon: A light machine gun with a drum magazine, the barrel was crafted to give a higher accuracy, on the casing a design from his past is scratched, no-one but him knows it?s meaning. It fires 4 inch incendiary rounds at a rate of 750 rounds per minute.
Secondary Weapon: Crafted from the melted armour of his father before him, this sword gleams white from the metal, on one side it has the motto of his father engraved, the other is the same design as his gun. The hilt is grafted from a black mineral that is virtually unbreakable, it has the remainder of the armour from his fathers suit melted into a grip. It stands at 3 foot long hilt bottom to tip.

Bio: Marda lived a normal youth, nothing out of the ordinairy happened. Her parents were deeply involved with research, mainly on the Dreshi outside the designated cities. Though they never really involved their daughter and son in their work, Marda caught up a few small things here and there. Soon she started reading on the known habits and the wildlife in the 'outside' as she would call it. This led to a facination for the unknown. Everything she doesn't know, she must know. Sometimes it came to the point that she risked her own life in search for small answers. Her adult life was filled with creating technology and small pieces of armour for her protection, and this made her a skilled technician. After her father died of some unknown disease, Marda became less enthousiastic. Her mood was nearly always buisness-like and never would she laugh again. She hasn't laughed until this day. Only because it was mandatory did she learn the basics of weaponry and martial arts.
For Utran: Marda uses projectile-based pistols and the odd rifle. Because of her lesser physical strenght she rarely uses heavy weaponry.
Primary Weapon: A home-modified long-barrelled pistols with sharp-tipped and fire-cracked bullets, so they penetrate a person and burst when they hit something. Usually a one-shot kill.
Secondary Weapon: A wooden-and-iron staff. Family heirloom.

Bio: Karsk was born into a poor family, his father being crippled and unable to work. He started training in close quarter's combat from a young age. He quickly excelled at CQC and became well known for it. Wanting to help his family he decided to join the army and has been rapidly promoted due to his combat prowess and ability for teamwork.
Oktra Power:He has the power to read minds, however, he cant delve deep into peoples minds, so only sees what an individual may do within the next second. He also has the ability to control people, but only slight movements, such as moving their arms, or making them take a single step.

This manifests as an ability to react to things almost before they happen, and to never be surprised. Due to the complexity of the calculations, Olek never sees more than a few minutes into the future, and even less when predicting people, and their possible opinions and actions are even harder to work out

The Pistol of Fire has a long barrel and a silencer, fires tiny armour piercing bullets with deadly accuracy, while the Pistol of Blood's barrel is short and wide, inaccurate except at close range. The ammunition is specially modified, and causes a coin sized entry wound, and a dinner-plate sized exit wound.

Bio: I don't remember my dad. He died when I was too young. I know he was an Afrena. After he died my mom wasn't all there herself. When she wasn't crying, she was drunk. I joined a local gang. My job was that of a graffiti artist- posting anti-authority messages on walls with spray paint. Eventually I got caught and was in jail for some time for vandalism and treason. The charges of treason were later reduced to disobedience after it was found out who my father had been. When I was released 6 years later, my crew had disbanded and I was changed anyway. I enrolled in the academy, and then joined the military with the dream of becoming an Afrena like my father. However, I've yet to be accepted into the ranks. For that matter, I've failed to make rank ONCE, still at a the position of a Academy Graduate Lieutenant. I've proven not to be as good at being a soldier as at being a graffiti artist, but with the outbreak of violence from the Dreshi I hope to prove myself as a commander, and eventually be accepted as a Afrena.

Primary Weapon: My own handmade assault rifle. It is a human AK47, modified to shoot faster, but at shorter ranges. It fires at 700 rounds per minute, and it's muzzle velocity is 800 meters per second. I have also attached a short range flame thrower (effective only to 20 meters). I have built 100 round drum magazines compatible with it's ammunition feeding mechanism.
Secondary Weapon: My simple crowbar that I used to use to break into stores to steal paint during my gang days. Using it in combat for the military serves as a reminder to me of how far I have risen from those days and how far I'm yet to rise.
