I just got Oblivion on the pc,after having it for two years on the PS3,purely for the mods that i'd been hearing about so i thought that the best place to ask would be the Escapist!

I always liked the Esme mod, it added a lot of benefits like better bodies and styles. Also was a nude mode so there is that.

Oh, and I suggest some texture mods for your first downloads. They make a world of difference.

Akatosh Mount was a fun one. can't be much more help then that however.

Midas Magic is of course almost a necessity.

Companion share and recruit Oblivion is way better when you can take people with you. I recommend cloning them with the console so you don't take important people though.

Lost Spires pretty much the best done third party adventure I have found. It gets a lot of points for actually having voice actors.

You should probably download the sound fix for companions share and recruit I think it can cause crashes.
Make sure you get OBSE.
If you find a collection of mods that work, stick with them.

Ahh sorry about the ego blow. If it is any consolation to you I am having a ribeye steak BBQ'ed to wonderful juicy perfection right now.

Or How about this? I get shown up in post count by guys who have been here for two weeks and I have been sulking around for two years or something.

Oh and it really should be easy to tell the good mods from the bad ones by now when you got to the modding sites. The games has been out forever.

My girlfriend does not eat a lot of meat. So I made her some shrimp kabobs. They are shrimp/scallops/bacon/sweat onion/red bell peppers - BBQ'ed. I had a couple of those as well. And a small side of veggies.

My post count is only low cause I started a buisness and pretty much spent all my time working for most of the time I have been around. I was still lurking and watching... like an escapist stalker. Like right now I am sitting in the living room, using the TV to post and my girlfriend keeps telling me we should watch a movie.

But back to the OP, I liked Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul. It adds a lot but it takes time to find everything it adds.

Opps. Oblivion, great game! There was already a lot of great content there, but anything that added more without being a game breaker and without being riddled with poor story and text was a nice addition, the rest is really up to what you like and don't like.
