It should be the same thing as TES4 but with more factions, also is your "new awakened interest" the reason your called sheogoraththemad?![]()
you could not believe how happy I was when they announced the land where the expansion pack would take place, I enjoyed every conversation with Sheogorath just to quote some:"Cheese for everyone, no scratch that no cheese" or "ta da come visit again, OR I SCRATCH YOUR EYES OUT"
I know that mod tamriel rebuilt, incredible mod, I follow it weeklyNocta-Aeterna said:There is currently a modding project running to create a full Tamriel map pack for both TES 4 and TES 3. Check it heresheogoraththemad said:the entire continent of tamriel.
Definitely. It's the only guild I completed fully, and I have done it in all three times I've started a new game. That's all I ever do in Oblivion. It's just too fun. Except that bastard breaking into jail mission. Ugh.TriggerHappyAngel said:much, much, much more dark brotherhood sanctuary's and quests!!!![]()
Its 2010 dude things are changing, im not saying its for the better im saying game developers are "adding" things and going with the mainstream flow.WrongSprite said:Why do you guarantee that? Fable did that on its second game. The elder scrolls has had 4 games, none of which have guns. They have their universe set up already, I highly doubt they'll change it.Silent Eagle said:I guarantee that it'll have guns just like fable 2. Your opinion on wether or not thats a good thing.
I agree entirely and although the stealth in Oblivion is ok it just doesn't seem great and I think it's the weakest of the three combat paths I'd like to see it re-done but other than that don't change anything.joshuaayt said:Until they put procedurally generated dark brotherhood quests in, the newer TES games will remain incomplete.
You never seem to amaze me, -_-[Insert Name Here said:]1. Fix the combat.

My feelings exactly. Morrowind has a sense of grand wonder about it. I could wonder around in my backyard and basically see everything Oblivion's environment had to offer. Minus the hairy ape-trolls.Eukaryote said:That wouldn't work(unless it is an RTS), as there is too much land and lore to cover.
If you had asked me earlier I may have said "just make it like Morrowind," but then I realized that the thing that made Morrowind great was not the text NPC interactions that encouraged you to learn lore and allowed for major blocks of text to be conveyed, not the lack of universal fast travel encouraging exploration, but rather the outlandishness of the game. It felt exactly like a fantasy game should: foreign and mystical, as opposed to the familiarity and blandness of Oblivion. The thing that reinforced my opinion was how much I realized that I enjoyed the Shivering Isles compared to anything else in Oblivion.
I spent a few years playing Morrowind before Oblivion. When I finally played Oblivion, I discovered the combat was LEAGUES better than Morrowind's combat system.[Insert Name Here said:]1. Fix the combat.

I like the sound of that,I have something to look forward to in the elder scrolls series now.Ultratwinkie said:thats true. very true. since at the end of oblivion nothing is holding the empire together anymore. provinces will leave, wage war, and it will be a fantasy arms race. a fantasy WWII waiting to happen.Silent Eagle said:I guarantee that it'll have guns just like fable 2. Damn you and your Levitate! My poor Axe wielding, fireball spewing, creature destroying, god killing monstrosety of a Dunmer was foiled time and time again an elevator shaft.. Damn you Telvani bastards!!Sober Thal said:I want more of the same. Don't fix what isn't broken. Just give us back levitate please : )
These are all needed for the next game I would also like to be able to visit everywhere in their world, be able to own your own boat/business for some extra income. But i do like the conquer or free each continent of tamriel idea.Sark said:- Fix the combat by making it more interesting, adding in special sword attacks, ways of combining magic with weapons, that sort of thing.
- Make the game larger, with cities that are actually cities, and contain more than say 50 NPCs. Even if this means that a large percentage of the population are named "Imperial Commoner".
- Remove scaling of monsters. The big bad guy should be able to pummel you at level 10.
- A greater ability to interact with your environment.
- Add in some interesting and likeable NPCs, and sidequests.
- Hire more than 5 voice actors. Seriously, Johnny Yong Bosch played every single male elf in Oblivion.
I think that explains my opinion, I hate the leveling because it can be easily exploited. The combat in all of them just never felt all that exciting, maybe some melee attacks and such to add some variety to the game. Left clicking/ pulling my right trigger gets boring quick. Make archery easier maybe it can be a pain.[Insert Name Here said:]1. Fix the combat.

Basically what he said on your choice of province of Tamriel. Here's a map to help you see the options.Sark said:- Fix the combat by making it more interesting, adding in special sword attacks, ways of combining magic with weapons, that sort of thing.
