The elusive trophy/achievement

It seems that a lot of the games I've played, I never reach 100% complete by trophies/achievements standards. A lot of this is due to multiplayer, but that's a thread for another day. Multiplayer aside, what trophy/achievement is stopping you from a 100% completion of the game? What is that one trophy/achievement that is screwing you over from a perfect 100?

For me, it's the light seed collection in Prince of Persia. I never kept track of where I was going when I played through the game. As a result, I forgot the paths I took and missed the nooks and crannies that I should have investigated. So close to my first platinum.

I can't remember what its called but the one for killing all the templars in Assassins Creed. I have methodically gone through it with my guide and one has glitched somewhere and won't appear.

The 960/1000 makes die a little inside.

I still have to find every audio diary in Bioshock, and I refuse to cheat on this one.

It used to be the Mr. Reseti trophy from Smash Bros. Melee, fucking no damage clear bullshit.

And I'm still missing The Immortal in WoW.

100% in Tony Hawk American Wasteland. Gaaaaaaaaps...
Buy everything in Soul Calibur 4.
100,000 kills in DW:Gundam (just need to actually work at it)
Beat Bioshock on Hard
Clear entire board of dirt in Dig Dug
Reach 2001 without dying in Time Pilot
Eat all ghosts 4 times in one level in Ms Pac-Man

Most of em just require me to like..go for it, but some are just really annoying. Being an achievement whore though, these annoy me.

The Play gold trophy from Little Big Planet. Having to ace every level(i.e not die) is really hard, especially the last few levels

Well, the online trophies of Battlefield: Bad Company are keeping me from getting 100%.

Can't think of any other example. Battlefield: Bad Company is the only game I've ever tried to get 100% on.

i was quite annoyed to discover that the godfther 2 has a trophy that haas you perform a special attack on an enemie and i was bolloxed to know that after you take out all the families there are no more enemies thus making it next to impossibe to complete i had to start the game over to get the trophy and i supose that wouldnt have been too bad except i only needed to kill one dude with a bottle in my previous game so i just arsed about until i did

I was working on Cross Edge a month ago and I realized that I'm totally screwed for the True Ending achievement. That stupid achievement is hard to get on first play through even with FAQ guides. The steps to get the True Ending is so convoluted that it's almost not worth getting.

The 2 types which almost always stop my 100% is either collectibles or beat the game on impossible. Collectibles usually suck by not adding anything to the game and if I am going for them I usually miss 1. It is such a piss off to have 94 out of 95. And there is just too many games to worry about playing through a game twice (that and a game worth playing twice has become rare). And MP achs can suck it.

Seriously... and Seriously 2.0 from Gears of War and Gears of War 2 respectively.
Realistically I was never going to get Seriously..., I played way too many player matches in Gears 1.
As for Seriously 2.0 I refuse to grind in campaign for it, I will play enough multiplayer to kill 100,000 people.

I can't get the Master Craftsman trophy for Alone in the Dark: Inferno. I thought I'd made all the possible combinations to be able to get the damn thing and finally get the platinum trophy.

The 'Survivor' achievement in Prince of Persia: Classic.

Make it through the entire game on one life. Not easy considering almost everything in the game is a one hit kill, excluding enemies. You will invariably slip up, and about 25 minutes into the game will scream an expletive.

the ice shriek bat from metroid prime 1. you need to scan it but there are only three in the entire game... in one room... around one corner.. that you need to jump to... and their sole purpose in life is to kill themselves as soon as they notice you.. which, if you are unprepared, is before you notice them..

also the no damage bonus from ssb melee.

and the only pokemon i havent caught is lunatone..
