The Rising Dawn: Hangar
Slindis, Kazuya, Angelus, Kalastryn

All in all, there definitely were worse people to be intercepted by on Kala's way to a little R&R while everyone gathered themselves. The potion which would ease most of her wounding once she resumed her form of false life was really only a welcome aside. Taking the potion and slipping it into her pocket at least for the moment, she chuckled "... There have been better circumstances for a reunion before, but nonetheless welcome home." she replied courteously. "I'm sure we have much to discuss... I'm going to begin teaching a pupil shortly for starters... once this whole mess is behind us at least..." she trailed off.

Now, Kala wasn't exactly on top of things when it came to how everything went, so as she and Slindis passed earshot of Kazuya she did ask. "... Speaking of... how bad is the situation, exactly? I know it would be too much of a god given blessing we be finished cleaning up Mishima's mess just yet, but while on the ground I was... sidetracked with another endeavor once Bison slipped from our reach. Since you spoke with the "leader" of this operation himself... you're likely more versed in the situation than I." she admitted, though she felt no shame in retrieving Jenny alive, she wasn't quite satisfied with how things turned out. Especially since Kazuya doesn't seem to be the type to leave anything unfinished, which means that while Bison was not likely still at large, that wouldn't satisfy him and by extension- the Rising Dawn which he's been using as a pawn.

The Halls are Alive, with the Sound of Insuuuults!
Nina and Phillip | Several random RD staff | Diana
[hr]

With the library behind her, Nina would start touring the inner bowels of the Rising Dawn. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6rH1S069Cg] It wouldn't take overly long before she'd see the Rising Dawn looked kinda like that one scene in One Punch Man. [http://66.media.tumblr.com/8a5b043b03b8d517b16707e60e52c0e3/tumblr_n2fhsonYqJ1rxrnbio1_1280.jpg] Nina being not overly good with directions didn't help either, but fairly soon she was lost. Still she would press on, moving down the hallways she found herself in, feinting confidence in lew of not being about to simply ask someone "Where was the area people slept at was?"

As she moved along however, two workers were moving a bin of newspapers along, having stacked them a bit higher than they really should have, some rolled off the side of the cart as Nina walked by. "Oh sorry about that Miss!" The one guy said as he tried snatching some of the falling papers.

Nina had to dance around some of the papers, trying not to step on any of them. "Haha, no seriously don't worry about it, it's cool." Nina reassured them, although it seemed like the two disagreed.

"I told you we had too many on there, that's the third time they've fallen off like that!" The woman scolded him, picking up some of the papers. "I know, I know! The other cart's wheel was going so I just thought this one would be fine." He retorted back.

Nina picked up a couple of the newpapers herself, planning on simply helping the two out when it dawned on her. "Hey, if you don't mind, I could totally takes some of these off your hands? I was heading off to go speak with Ryan at his place for a bit and he was looking for some reading material." Nina suggested, taking about four papers herself.

The guy smiled happily, giving Nina a hand shake. "Sure! Yes of course! That would be wonderful, thank you." He said, with the slightly lighter load they were able to stack it properly. "But, we still need to-" the woman interjected, probably not so care free about the papers being swiped so easily. "Hey, what's a couple of loose papers, the fish and chips guy wasn't going to be needing them all anyways. H-Hey?" He started replying to the woman as Nina started walking off down the hallway again, only to turn around nervously when the guy called out to her. "Y-yes?"

"I know that way was the faster option while they were waxing the floors the other day, but if you were going for the Private Quarters, it'd be a lot faster going down that hallway Miss!" He suggested, pointing down the hallway to Nina's right, which she gave a curious look to before waving back. "Oh really!? Good to know! Have a good one!" She said before ducking down the hallway.

The guy waved for a moment, turning around as her heard an elevator chime, seeing his cohorde already at the other side of the hall. "Come on, let's get out of here already, must be those waxing fumes maybe, but it just feels weird in this hallway." She called out to him, simply getting an agreeing nod in turn.

[hr]

Nina felt like she was getting close now, still on the hunt for the Private Quarters, but this time unlike the many people she'd passed so far wearing a uniform of sorts, this woman was wearing a pretty flirtatious dress and high heels. She tried not to pay the woman much mind as she continued on, but it seemed Diana had other thoughts in mind.

"Cut your hair, this looks stupid." she barked at Nina, causing her to stop for a moment, a bit stunned at the response. "And is impractical. It's like you decided to make it as bad as possible. Also, your dye looks fake." She continued on without even giving Nina a chance to speak as she continued forward and continued down the hallway. "Maybe I like it bright and cheerful..." Nina mumbled to herself, honestly not wanting to draw attention to herself, but still the comment stung all the same. She'd resume her travel in due time, letting out one final comment as she strolled on, kicking at the floor a little. "Besides, it's not like it's my choice my hair's got a mind of its own. You can only destroy so many hair stylist's snippers before they stop wanting you to show up..."

[color=77C7C6]Simon[/color] | [color=15650D]Ton Ton[/color] | Cadolbolg
[hr]

[color=77C7C6]"Please leave me alone."[/color] He barely whispered.

The duo looked to one another, and the back to Simon, Ton Ton being one to make note of the gun the man currently had holstered. Given his behavior, he looked more scared anything; and if they were too startling, he might pull it at any moment. They needed to calm the man down, and maybe get him to a doctor - lest he tear through the entirety of the Dawn to get someone hurt. Maybe..

Ton Ton carefully held up his hands, palm facing down and gently began to speak, [color=15650D]"Mister, you really need to listen to me, please. From what I'm seeing, you really scared and confused about where you are right now - and that's okay. We get people like that a lot - they're called 'Off-Worlders'. It just means, through one way or another, you fell out of your home world and ended up here. I'm one too, actually. It's how a lot of people end up in this place. You are on an airship called the Rising Dawn, and as that implies - you're really high in the air in a closed space. So what you need to do is calm down. We can get you some help, promise."[/color]

Cadolbolg tried to follow suit, and eagerly waved a hand, erm, claw, "Yeah, and things can get a little chaotic here sometimes, but that's our home for you. I'm Cadolbolg, and this is my brother, Ton Ton. We live here and uh... Well, we do a lot of stuff too, but like Ton Ton said, we have doctors and lots of nummy food~! Best way to make friends is over a sandwich, don't you think?"

The Rising Dawn | Canteen - Bar
In the service industry, courtesy to one's guests is paramount, even if you want to flay them alive.
Selena | [color=eca222]Luke[/color] | Alashi | Tania la Fey | Violet | Diana
[hr]

"You have a bad day too Luke? Tell me about it while you make a Death in the Afternoon for the both of us. Come on, drink with Major la Fey." She cracked a gently sarcastic smile while flashing Luke her badge.

Luke did his best to keep up a "proper" expression as he readily made the cocktail, starting pouring in a jigger's worth of absinthe in a champagne flute followed by filling the rest with the nominal drink, the clear emerald-color liquid changing to more of a sea-foam green after the fact. Sliding the glass forward, Luke was about to ready another drink before he heard-
"You know we will be getting them back, right? You don't need to drink yourself into a stupor."

With a weak smile, the Bartender answered back, [color=eca222]"I won't be drinking myself into a stupor, miss. I haven't even been drinking....[small]much.[/small]"[/color]

However, with that said, Luke neglected to fix himself a Death in the Afternoon as well, turning back to Tania, [color=eca222]"I think I'll be holding off from serving myself, Major. I'll admit my earlier indulgence wasn't quite as professional as it should be... That said, I know you and your companion were privy to some of the events - primarily my need to intercept some of the disaster that was the Dawn's previous mission. It's been, to be delicate about it, a bit of a bad day."[/color]

As he finished his (abliet somewhat halfassed) explanation, the bartender's attention was pulled away once more when he heard one of the imps walking towards the bar and requesting a pair of Bloody Marys. Following Luke taking the time to craft the drinks and carefully sticking in the requisite celery, he left a napkin underneath the drinks and gently sent the beleaguered imp along his way.
Inside the folded napkin was a message written in golden ink, with a flowing yet legible script,
[color=eca222]"If you're going to request drinks from my staff in my bar, kindly do not harass the staff.

-L."[/color]

[hr]

Angelus took in the slew of events in stride, watching with a dark sense of pleasure as Slindis gave Kazuya a scathing lecture (at least, even if she didn't know that Diana had read his mind prior, she had gathered the impression that Slindis' words had shaken him). However, with the arrival of the Major, Rory, and Ruby and a declaration was made about the finding of their comrades, the dragon's interest was renewed. Her great head turned towards Rory, a wisp of smoke trailing from her nostril, "I do not have any objections towards the rescue of our comrades. After all, as Mr. Mishima was the one who sent us to the grinder. That said, however, as much as I feel eager to rain fire and ash down upon my enemy's head, a touch of strategy may be necessary. A lack of intelligence was what got us into trouble in the first place, and I'd rather a second catastrophe to not happen again. If need be, I'll be happy to lend my wings for scouting or transportation."

The dragon's posture straightened after she gave her piece, her tail sliding faintly against the metal floors. She was tired of sitting around in this cramped space, doing naught and stewing; and the opportunity to do something productive was a sight for sore eyes.

Friends accept you without your excuses, and enemies will not listen to them, so for who do you make excuses?
Major Rhodes Selmy

"If Auntie Rhodes has to keep them covered up, so should you!" Little Ruby said, squirming against Rhodes' firm hold on the young budding flower. She held her closer and laughed girlishly. It had been a long time since she had found something so endearing as to push her to laughter.

"To be young again and to live life so earnestly!" Rhodes smothered little Ruby in affection briefly before spinning on her heel, hair dramatically flowing behind her. Her angels were lined up behind her, rifles pointed outward as to give the Major the appearance of wings made of steel. Her heeled boots slammed into the metal floor with a imposing crack as her coat settled around her. "It is as the Hero says." There was a pause as the Major's words set in. The angels around her shuffled into a tighter formation.

In contrast to the silence of the Angels, Angelus spoke her bit by saying, "I do not have any objections towards the rescue of our comrades.

Naamah stirred in Rory's arms, disturbed by something in her fitful slumber.
Code:
"And so Babylon fell to the might of the Canaanites, and all their men were put to the sword and their women and children were scattered across the empire. The King who sat in Zion, most hallowed Solomon, had declared that the era of Judgement had begun. But as then as is now, even the wisest of men fall to hubris."
"Except for me this will not be a rescue mission," the Major set Ruby down and turned around. A stream of moonlight struck her, casting the Major in a heavenly silver glow. She looked every bit like the guardian angel that was her namesake.

A dream so deep that it is inescapable.
Tania la Fey

"It is a shame then," Tania said with a sad smile as she stirred her cocktail. "I had grown lonely at the absence of my partner." She brought the drink to her ruby-painted lips. Her eyes were closed as she drank. There was something there, a suffocating softness, like dry cotton. It was not in the drink, but in the air around her. It clouded her mind and made her hands tremble. Miki and Pisa flitted about above her head.

"That was sure something. You felt that too didn't you Pisa, Miki?" She finished her drink and set down the empty glass. "That killing intent, an intensity that could not be borne from hatred. A desire driven only by love." Love. The word hung in the air in front of her in the same way it had left her lips, as if biting into soft flesh. "Some girls just shouldn't exist. Who are you really, Dolores?"

Tania returned Alashi's wave with a curtsy, something she ha not done since she had first courted Lord Oberon himself. She smiled. How surprising it had been when it turned out that he was such a huge push over. Lord of the Hunt my ass. All he really wanted to do all day was to bake. Something that he had indulged in during their brief life together in that quiet sleepy town.

It all seemed like a dream.

Tania walked over to Alashi and Selena's table and put a hand on the drunken witch's head. Titania's eyes flared to life. Embers bursting from the emerald depths and drifting off into the moonlit sky. "Young sorceress who holds the embers of the Old World in your bosom, quell such magics before you call upon the eyes of beasts hungering in the night." In a single motion Titania mollified the twisting energies Selena was emanating. She blinked the embers from her eyes.

"I suppose it is folly to keep up this guise to those heroes who are sensitive to magic," though she eyed Violet for a brief moment. That man should pose no threat to me. "Alashi, I am Titania, Scarlet Lord of the Court of Dreams and Sorrows. Put your heart at ease. I mean you and your friends little harm."

"Oooh, that's gonna stain!"
Sloth | Envy
[hr]

Once Sloth finished Envy's explanation of the Vice's prejudice against mortals, he looked Nina over with a quirked eyebrow. The young girl was looking a little green around the gills, as the saying went, and he started to wonder whether or not interdimensional travel was finally taking it's toll on her, having gone through their portals twice in quick succession. Of course, he only started to wonder, because she confirmed his suspicions a moment later by promptly vomiting all over Envy.

Now, Sloth could have, and even would have slowed the projectile of bile and half-digested food with relative ease, had he been fully awake. As it was, being half-asleep did more than just slow him physically. So, in the span of about fifteen seconds, Nina emptied the contents of her stomach onto Envy, then stumbled away saying that she had to go. As the gray-clad Vice grimaced as he watched her retreat, the Embodiment of Jealousy stood there, clearly shuddering with disgust.

~Sh-she just... Oh man, oh man, oh man, this is nasty! I have to go wash this out!~ Envy stammered telepathically before she thrust out one hand to the side.

Unlike Sloth's portals, which were like uneven rips in the fabric of the world, Envy's portal almost looked like an eye opening, with streams of black liquid pouring out around the edges. None of it seemed to even touch her as she hurried through and it closed behind her. Leaving Sloth alone in The Rising Dawn's Library.

With a frown and a heavy sigh, Sloth just shook his head and started to slowly make his way out of the same doorway that Nina hastily strode out of, but instead of looking for a bathroom, he figured he might as well see where any other deities like Eddie or Rory might have gone. Which inevitably meant looking for the booze.

"... I don't get it."
Farber | Eddie the Dead | Eddie the Dead | Scarlet Babbage-Lovelace
[hr]

The thing about smoke bombs was that they made it awfully hard to see through. That was usually the point, assuming it was just smoke and not some sort of stinky gas, which usually also made it hard to breathe, much less smell good for about a week. Farber knew all about how smoke bombs were used since he was pretty good at using them. In fact, he was pretty sure that the hall he was heading down was largely empty whenever he set off that smoke bomb.

Which was why he was absolutely stumped when he ran headlong into something firm, yet strangely soft and almost luxurious. But the result had him knocked back onto his butt as he gasped in confusion, and then promptly began to hack and cough.

By the time the smoke cleared, he looked up to see a rather pretty teenage girl, with odd black-and-white hair. And the moment he got a good look at her, she seemed... So familiar for some reason. The fact that she squealed and grinned when she got a good look at him and helped him up to his feet told him that he seemed more than just familiar to her.

"[color=ff2400]FARBER! Lemme guess you're getting chased... again? Is it Katya? Or maybe it's Icarus... he doesn't like it when you mess with his Dragon Gauntlet you know... or maybe it's... Eddie?[/color]"

He merely gaped up at her with a dumbstruck expression. How did she know his name?! He had never met this girl before in his life! But then... Why did it almost feel like he knew her somehow?

When she spotted Eddie behind him, however, a look of concern passed over her face, and she turned to speak to someone behind her.

"[color=ff2400]You never told me that you ran into ... me.[/color]"

Leaning to one side to see just who she was talking to, Farber's reeling confusion only got worse. After all, just behind him in the hallway was Eddie the Dead, the new, zombie-looking bane-of-his-existence. And behind her was also... Eddie the Dead.

Looking between both Eddies, his jaw dropped even further as he tried to make sense of just what he was seeing. After all, he didn't think they were twins. They had the same name, same clothes, same voice. Even he knew that twins usually had a few small differences, but those two Eddies were pretty much identical. In fact, he was so desperately trying to figure out just how that was possible, wracking his eight-year-old brain for some kind of explanation, when the girl in front of him ruffled his hair and kissed the top of his head before walking through what looked like a hole or window in the air.

"Hey... Hey, wait! What's going on?! I don't get it!" he called out in vain.

Before he knew it, he was once again alone with a single Eddie in hall. He frowned in silence for a few seconds before he said anything else, but his tail violently swishing in the air behind him showed just how hard he was thinking right then. After those few seconds of silence, he let out an explosive sigh and shrugged in frustration before he started to walk in the opposite direction from the Mercenary Demigod.

"You know what? I don't care. This crap is making my head hurt. I'm gonna go find Ruby." he grumbled under his breath.

The Rising Dawn: Hangar Command Center: Slindis, Diana, Kazuya, Angelus, Doom, Major Rhodes, Ghost, Ruby, Rory

The longer this day lasted, the more humiliations that Kazuya had to endure.
First, that damn child did something to his shirt that threatened to undo most of the healing that Slindis had granted to him, then the ***** in the black dress had to show up to rub salt into the wound.
Still, the case had been made and it wasn't as if he was in much of a position to stop them from doing anything but as he managed to get himself back to his feet, wincing slightly at having his chest squeezed like a children's toy, he was able to ask [color=9f2c68]"...You going to at least tell me where you think of striking? I'd imagine that if my men were aware of your movements, they would be able to help..."[/color]
When Angelus made the case for Recon, Kazuya then added [color=9f2c68]"My thoughts exactly. I'm currently using all assets available to me to try and establish battlefield control and get some damn intel on the enemies forces. Also, you mentioned that child as being your "Guide"? Mind if I get some context for that or is that "Above my Pay Grade" now?..."[/color]

Back with Doom, he did his best to not really stand out amoung the group, seeing how he was back in the same room as the man who tried to kill him and all.
He did manage to tap on the Major's shoulder, almost acting more childlike then the child in her arms as he muttered [color=004d]"...uhhh....Can Doom come along? He promises to not be a hassle or-...anything...He-...just wants to make sure his friends are okay..."[/color]
Even as he stood there wearing a helmet that completely covered his face, the eyeroll by Ghost was clear as day.
Code:
*TSK!* "Hey, look, I'm just as happy to do all Jihad as much as the next guy, just please tell me we aren't letting the brain damaged kid with badder issues come with us?" *TSK!*
[color=004d]"Hey! Ruby doesn't have brain damage-...Wait does she?"[/color]
Several confused grunts came from Ghost, as if he was having an aneurysm before blurting out
Code:
*TSK!* "Jesus H. Christ, you can't even insult him, he's so thick! Urgggg, look, just call me when you have your shit together so me and the Hooters Mascots can go all 9/11 on this town. [sub]Fucking hell...[/sub]" *TSK!*
And with that outburst, the Special Agent walked off before going to re-stock his various weapons and gadgets, as well as make a radio call to someone...

The Rising Dawn: Brig Hallway: G-Corp Grunts Unit 316 and 317

Seeing as how the original brig guards seemed to be missing from their post (The fact that Chrysalis kicked the shit out of them before they had to haul her to medical not being a commonly known fact), 2 of G-corps finest took their place, yawning and scratching themselves as they stood ready
*Ring Ring! Ring Ring!*
"Oh for the love of-...Now fucking what?" One of them groaned as they answered their Radio.
"Unit 316 speakin-....wait-what?....He's heading out again? The Hell? he just got back to his cell?..."
While his friend was taking care of business, 317 was scouting the area for possibly threats and he found something he wouldn't mind taking in for "Questioning".
"Whoa, brah...Solid 8 coming in hot..." He said as he noted one of Major Rhode's angles walking along, being sure to pretty himself up and run a hand though his hair.
"But-...Sure why can't you go? Ain't you wearing his outfit anyw-OKAY OKAY! Right, I'll let him know-AND WILL YOU CUT THAT OUT?! I GET IT! SHE'S HOT-...no, not you...urg, And the meeting? Same place?...Oh we're in the flight deck now?...Right, that'll do. Unit 316 out." 316 groaned while his friend kept nudging him.
"Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey there. How you doing? Been a naughty girl? Got a few cells free if you were..." 317 said as he attempted to use all 3 of his Charisma points to chat up the Eudaimon while his friend merely facepalmed.
"...look, Restricted area, yadda yadda yadda, piss off, alright? This isn't even my shift, the pricks who were meant to be here went AWOL..."

Before Violet could leave the canteen, he suddenly found himself standing directly in front of a woman, towering over him. Diana glared at him with hate-filled, glowing, eyes, blocking his path. She asked just a simple question: "What went wrong?", but he could hear it in his mind as well. "What went wrong?"

"You brought us into a territory lined with missile defenses. An enemy willing to bombard his own city. Why? I will be the judge of your answer, so don't fuck it up." she added, though his answer would only matter a tiny bit. What he was actively thinking, this was counting as well. Diana probed his mind for the answers she seeked. Why Violet had taken command, if it had been just stupidity to send her and others in (punishable already), or if he just had been under stress (punishable as well, for taking command). There was not really any chance of going out of this interrogation unharmed.

An imp brought Diana two Bloody Mary's. She downed one of them immediately, giving the glass back to the imp. She was about to use the napkin, as she read what was on it. Grimacing, she pat the head of the imp gently, and muttered a thanks on it. Then, still having a glass of the red cocktail in her hand, and having the red juice around her mouth, she continued glaring at Violet.
Maybe, in his state, he could have the illusion that her shadow was bigger and slightly different, as well as much darker, as it should be.
(It's a telepathic illusion, so noone else can see it.)

As Bison and Bruiser were discussing the Fulgore, Mio listened and thought for a bit. Finally, she said: "Couldn't you just ... turn him off and on again?" Thinking a bit more, she added: "What's the problem with getting him on our side, Bruiser?"

She looked and felt around a bit more, trying to find out how to get out of the cell. "I mean, if we get out of here in a short time, because our people who somehow managed to leave their cells, we probably don't need him. Although just turning Adelheid off might be a good idea, then.
If this takes a few hours more, I think I'm getting bored. It would be more interesting to find out what Adelheid would do. So ..."

Suddenly, Mio called out to one of the guards. "Hey, I'm hungry! When is feeding time? I heard we get something!" After getting an answer, she shortly looked to Teri and Bruiser. "I hope you are willing to help me here. Distracting the guard and stuff."

By looking, she would try to find out how the guards opened the cells, or if they had something like keys on them.

The Rising Dawn: Lower Levels: The Armoury
Icarus, Melethia.

The shorter elf nodded as she guided Icarus to one of the training rooms. "Go ahead and have your partner, though I will state only once that any attempt on his part to interfere in the training will inevitably result in the both of you being dragged to the medical bay. Still, shall we begin?" The room was rather plain, though there would be ample space for the pair to maneuver around. The elf then started punching in a few commands at a small terminal to set the parameters of the training room, and while the computer started to process what Melethia had put in she took a look at the morphing blade with a rather critical eye.

A little bit of examination did show that she was mildly impressed with the animated blade, though when she finished her critique up she dryly intoned to the young man in a rather blunt manner. "The sentience is intriguing, but it is still only as good as the titanium it's made with. I know Titanium is lightweight, but can it match up to these blades?" Melethia then took that time to pull out a rather sharp and extremely well-made kukri [http://i.imgur.com/x8iy6ZN.jpg] with a purple sheen that had a pungent scent to it, and a matching handaxe [http://i.imgur.com/bs9PSu6.jpg] that was just as well-crafted accompanied it asshe calmly entered a fighting stance.

Icarus could also feel a faintly comforting presence around the rather sharp handaxe as well, though as Melethia led in with her first flurry of slashes that was meant to test the extent of Icarus's defenses she rather calmly quipped at him. "Since you are still green I set the room to throw up a siren in case you start getting too badly hurt. If I were you, though, I would try not to take advantage of that..."

The Rising Dawn:Canteen, Bar
Selena, Luke, Alashi, Tania, Violet

Alashi also ordered a Roll in the Hay from Luke as she listened to the statement the imps gave, making sure to place the cone back on Violet should she have the chance. "See me later if you want the collar off, Violet!" Even then, the man was running rather rapidly and Alashi wasn't in too much of a rush to go anywhere as she nodded. "And I can understand that, Selena, though you might want to hold back on the drinks..."

The blossoming wild magic would be a bit more for Alashi to be concerned about, but as the queen of the fae greeted her she offered a light handshake as she sat down again. "Name's Alashi, and if you see anyone giving me any titles let me know so I can smack some sense into them~" She then calmly chuckled, though it was easy to see she was keeping a keen eye on the bartender...

The Rising Dawn: Hangar
Slindis, Angelus, Kalastryn

Slindis then nodded faintly as she idly replied to her longtime friend. [color=c200]"Well, Kalastryn, it's been a long time and I've been a few different places... though, it doesn't seem as if much time has passed here. That's a bit odd, though honestly I think when it comes to this whole scenario that the whole chain of command broke down. Of course, I'd prefer if we finished up here soon as well and for the rest of our team back safely, though I will have to agree with Angelus when I say that we need to make informed decisions on our next moves here.[/color]

The Rising Dawn: Hallway, transitioning to the living quarters
Devon, Rugal, Garm

Devon chanted a rather decent healing spell to patch up Garm's injuries to help the distressed wolf out while she stroked the wolf's fur. [color=00c863]"Well, Rugal, I've said all I'll say on it. The scent will fade after a while though, and I'll be right there with you and Garm here getting Teri back. For now, is there anywhere else they could use me here? I don't think I could quite cover at the medbay, though if there's any way I could calm the others down here I'd be more than willing to aid.[/color]

The Rising Dawn: Canteen: Selena, Diana, Luke, Alashi, Tania and...Violet... /)_-"

Violet's "Brilliant" escape attempt was cut short by a drunk Selena, never in all his days did the embrace of a member of the opposite sex seem so much like a prison.
"Hey Violet do you think You could find where the crew got kidnapped if I gave you a Kiss?"
"Ghhhhhheherrrrrrrrrrrr-You're drunk! I shouldn't take advantage of you in this state!" He quickly said before attempting to gently pull her off of him, being careful not to be too forceful for fear of knocking her over and having her hit her head.
"What went wrong?"
"[sub]Ohhhhh Sugar Honey Ice Tea....[/sub]" He the squirmed as Diana returned to the room, clearly not looking happy about how he had handled himself thus far.
"You brought us into a territory lined with missile defenses. An enemy willing to bombard his own city. Why? I will be the judge of your answer, so don't fuck it up." The shapeshifter asked as she saw a number of things in Violet's mind.
First it was fear of taking over after Kazuya, then it was fear of failing, then it was fear of being assassinated, then it was fear of everyone realizing just how woeful he was a everything and now, fear of her.
"...Look, you see-HEY!" He tried to answer before Alashi put the damn cone back on his head.
Struggling with it for a moment, he got back on topic before saying "Look, I knew they had forces in the area but I didn't know they had all that! I knew Armstrong had a private army but I didn't think it was THAT big....Look-...please-.....[sub]I didn't know[/sub]..."
The more it went on, the more that Violet's mind began to imagine all the violent ways in which he would be mauled for his failure...

The Escapist Avatar Adventures | World Marshall, Undisclosed Location | Secure Cell Block, Designation: A Class
"Bomb voyage."
B.C. | King Leoric | Others
[hr]

For someone of B.C.'s natural attention span and need for nigh-constant entertainment, the sensation of the ghostly "king's" attempted assault only kept it's novelty for about fifteen seconds. By that point, the Anarchist, Convicted Criminal and all-around Horrible Person that he was locked up with was sick and tired of not only being bored but locked up in the first place, the sensation of which had lost it's novelty long before she had reached this primitive little slammer.

So, with a swing of her long, sadly covered, legs, she slipped down from the metallic box... Urn? Whatever it was, and idly reached up to feel along the collar on her neck with fingers that were as skilled with electronics and locks as they were flawlessly manicured. Her fingertips seemed to dance across the collar's surface in a blur, and within a few seconds it had popped off with a distinctive click.

It was immediately followed up by the also distinctive sound of beeping. With a smile, she casually wrapped the collar around the bars of her cell, then pushed the strange metal container closer toward it. The Blonde Bomber finally sat against the opposite side of the box and looked up at the ghostly form of her cellmate.

"I hate to say goodbye so soon, but what can I say? It's been a blast." she said, before closing her eyes and covering her ears.

When the collar detonated, it did several things all at once. First, it blew out the bars of the cell rather effectively, if crudely. Second, it very likely ruptured the nice metal container that B.C. had been locked in with. At the same time, the explosion pushed back both box and Convict away, and though the box stopped after a few inches, B.C. was carried a little farther and knocked into the wall behind it. Lastly, it filled both cell and hallway with some godawful smoke.

It took a few minutes, but when the smoke cleared, B.C. was back on her feet, waving away the remaining haze with a grin on her slightly ashen face.

"Time to blow this not-Space pop stand." she said to herself, before turning to the Phantom King and stepping backwards out of her cell.

"Well honey, I've gotta go! Toodles!" the Convict told him with both a wink and a blown kiss before practically skipping out into the hallway.

It was time to wreak some havoc, snatch her freedom back from The Man, and get her personal effects back. Although not necessarily in that order.

World Marshall Undisclosed Location: Secure Cell Block: Designation A-Class: Bison, Bruiser, Caim, David, Teri, Mio, Shadow/Agent, FULGORE Featuring B.C. and King Leoric!

The FULGORE's line of questioning quickly became the least of his concerns when B.C. managed to detonate her collar and use it to escape.
"Well honey, I've gotta go! Toodles!" B.C. happily said befo-
Code:
[Halt!]
The machine droned before B.C. found herself on the business end of more guns then she had been in recent memory.
Before she could even get a few steps down the hall, they were upon her, en-circling her while the FULGORE tried to return to his original query.
Code:
[...Was this your doing as well?]
He then asked the Iron Queen, least before something much more important happened.
".......heh-....heheheahahaahahahahahahah-AHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!"

A haunting laughter began to escape the smoke in B.C.'s former cell, prompting the FULGORE to slowly look away from Nadalia, right as he got the information on who else was in that cell.
Code:
[...oh...Great...]
A large mace then swung downward onto one of the guards, crushing him instantly before swatting another away like a common fly and launching him clean though one of the cells on the floor above them.
The clinking of bones and armor then rang out as a Rather large Skeleton [http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/diablo/images/2/29/KingLeoric.png/revision/latest?cb=20120603170950] stepped out of the cell.
"Cower...before your KING!" Leoric roared before laughing madly and began swinging at the guards on that level.
Lead rattled his skull and bones, piercing though his armor but you can't kill that which has no life, didn't stop the guards from trying however.
While his attacks lacked skill and precision, they clearly didn't lack impact as he marched down the hallway towards where B.C. was being detained.
Seeing where this was going, the Convict hit the deck as the mace cleaved the guards who were still standing up, smearing their organs and cybernetics against all the cells nearby.
Now covered in oil and blood, Leoric glanced down at the one who freed him, holding his mace tightly, conflicted about if to kill her or not.
".....Grrrr...Your service is noted...Wretch..." He finally replied before resuming his crusade against his captors.

David needless to say got a bit animated when this happened, seeing how there was another escapee and he was currently kicking ass.
"Guys-....Don't mean to alarm you but I think our good Karma is about to pay off..." He said to the others as she watched the fight beyond his cell get more and more out of hand.
Bison was also watching closely, waiting for any chance to get out of this hell-hole and "Repay" all his captors for their kindness.

[HEADING=1]In the chaos that ensured, the cells containing the Rising Dawn were damaged and it became clear they weren't the only ones...[/HEADING]

-Sorry for the delay here, there was a bit of a mixup in me waiting for other people to post as well as me receiving some feedback on how I was doing this scene kinda badly and restricting/railroading what your characters could do.
In the past, a lack of planning had screwed over my GMing royally, though this time it seemed like I planned too much!
So from this point on: All bets are off, you'll be in full prison riot mode, feel free to do whatever and I'll have World Marshall react accordingly.
Sorry again and please: Don't hold back >:)

[hr]

Caim was the first to act in the chaos, making note of the damaged cell walls. Taking a few moments to stretch his legs through a couple squats before he backed up from the "front" of his cell, and leaped, bringing one of his legs forward on the damaged part of the enclosure. Now, while Caim was not a "proper" martial artist (at least, in the hand to hand sense), even prior to his fateful encounter with Angelus the former prince had boasted a strong set of legs and the absurd ability to jump about 5 feet in the air. That all in mind, Caim had far more confidence in his kick being able to make a (further) dent in the already damaged front of his cell; and to his pleasant surprise, he found himself stumbling outside of the remnants of his cell and into the chaos of the cellblock fight. Scanning the closest environs, his eyes alighted on a familiar sight jutting out from the guards' hips in a holster.

[img length=400 width= 500]http://i.imgur.com/ph7iBrX.jpg[/img]

".....
.....
....."

That would work nicely.

Singling out a guard who was on the periphery of all the action, Caim grabbed a piece of rubble and charged again, bringing the chunk of concrete into the guard's face. In the haze of the confusion, the mute warrior grabbed at the sword at the guard's hip and tugged, pulling free a sight for sore eyes. With a murderous glint in his eyes, Caim readjusted his grip to accommodate for the new weapon (Eastern in design, he noted, rather akin to Nobuyoshi or Takamasa in his armory, but with a straighter edge), and thrust it forward into the guard. With a foot planted on the unfortunate sap, Caim pulled the sword back out, and relished in the smell of blood and oil filling the air. Ah, yes, this was his place.

"Hey, throw me his piece once you are done bashing his brains out."

Caim snapped out of his reverie when he heard David's voice shouting from further away - oh right, his friends. He had gotten so caught up in the moment he had almost forgotten about them. Gingerly picking up the guard's gun, Caim rushed back towards David's cell. Handing off the gun, the mute gestured to the rest of the prisoners in the immediate vicinity, urging him to join him in getting the other Dawn members out of the cells.

[hr]

~Several moments prior to all the chaos~

Teri was unsure unsure how exactly to react to the little debate between Bruiser, Mio, and Bison; electing to quietly watch Adel (or Fulgore, or whatever he went by these days) silently guarded the group. There had to be some way to get through to him, right? Maybe if she waved Rugal's name around, that could elicit a reaction. Of course, that had the potential to go horribly wrong as well, and he could just stab her right then and there. What to do, what to -

BOOM!

Everything in the cellblock exploded into chaos. There was an explosion by some happy go lucky lass, a skeletal king (or was he a lich?) had begun cleaving through guards with a mace like he was the second coming of Sauron, the cells were damaged, and Caim had managed to wrangle himself out in the chaos and grabbed a sword. Maybe they didn't have to wait on a rescue after all! Teri looked down at her hands and flexed them experimentally, before muttering to herself, [color=0E59E4]"...Time to apply their teachings in a practical setting."[/color]

As Caim went about in his bloody frenzy, Teri took the opportunity to rip the lower half of her pants off (making them effectively shorts in the process), and wrapped the cloth strips around her hands as impromptu bandages. They weren't gloves, but they'd provide a little bit of protection in the meantime. Of course, this also left her cell companions. Bruiser... Teri didn't want to think about Bruiser. She turned her attention to the other girl in the room, Mio. She had said that she was familiar with high seas adventures, but Teri wasn't entirely sure what she was capable of, much less if she was able to deal with... Any of this. She was some poor girl who happened to be around the RD when all this went down. At best, she had some combat experience, and they could get her a weapon, and at worst, she was a bystander who needed to be guarded. Either way, both outcomes would be difficult with the collars on. After getting everyone out, the collars would need to be first priority, alongside wound maintenance... But first things first.

The Cleric's lips purseed into a grim line as she tried to formulate a course of action, and gestured to her nautically inclined companion, [color=0E59E4]"Looks like we didn't need to distract the guards after all, Mio. I don't know what these guys are gonna do, but until the collars come off, all I can use are my parent's teachings, and unfortunately, I'm no master in them. But if we stick together, we should be able to get you outta here. What are you able to fight with? We might be able to grab you a weapon..."[/color]

ARES | Viscus | Dimitri | M. Lab Tech
[hr]

When Dimitri found himself in the position of power over the Lab Tech, he began his sabotage of the lab techs by quietly turning off all of the EM fields in the lab. Second, he began to concentrate, and generated another SPRITE as he did before, this one a pale blue. To the SPRITE, he instilled the command "Search for User: ARES and deliver this message to her. If she has the ability to connect to the network, give her the credentials necessary. If she attempts to open communications with me, follow her commands, so long as it opens communications between us."

[color=3897E0]
Code:
Hello, USER: ARES,

My name is AI Dimitri, personal assistant to Her Ladyship, Rising Dawn User: Teri Gravel. If the name rings a bell, I am also one of the AIs who maintain the operations on the ship when things are... Less dire.
[/color]

[color=3897E0]
Code:
I have managed to sneak my way into this system's network and am currently affect the systems to cause disarray among the users. I will release the EM field that is currently holding you captive. What you do after that is up to you, but I humbly request that you procure the equipment of our allies, a listing of which is enclosed in this message's attachment. I am aware that you have a storage facility within yourself that should accommodate properly. My physical apparatus is on there as well, in the form of a Tablet/Data Slate. It will have the name "Dimitri" carved on it's back surface. I can also provide you further assistance within the network as we progress. Also, I have another ally who will integrate himself into the weapon systems of this laboratory who identifies as Viscus. He is... Problematic, but useful. Try to remain out of his line of fire, and he should help us. The SPRITE I sent will help you as best as it can, but it is still a bit simple in function.
[/color]

[color=3897E0]
Code:
I sincerely hope that we can work together properly and ensure the safe return of all our users. I would be in your debt if you could personally see to Her Ladyship's safe keeping.

Sincerely,
[/color]

Attachment(s): LIST_OF_EQUIPMENT.txt

After sending the sprite off to find ARES, Dimitri waited two human seconds before he composed an email to Viscus regarding the situation, and sent it off.
[color=3897E0]
Code:
Viscus,

I managed to get my way into the network. I am hesitant to allow you access, but if you follow the conditions I give you, I will extend this chance for you to prove to me you are not a threat for me to keep around.
[/color]

[color=3897E0]
Code:
1) You will not use this show of trust to harm anyone listed among the Rising Dawn. This includes currently registered members, newly accumulated allies/affiliations, as well as those who submit themselves to custody.
[/color]

[color=3897E0]
Code:
2) You are permitted to use force as necessary to remove obstacles in our way, such as soldiers, affecting the network, etc. However, you will not kill those who surrender themselves to our mercy. And don't you try to be all smart with me and say anyone carrying a weapon is a potential threat, demand they lay down their arms if you must. You will NOT use chemical weapons such as gas or acids without previous forewarning to allied Users and giving them an adequate amount of time to leave the line of fire (and I do mean that by HUMAN terms).

3) When this operation ends, you WILL return to the Tablet again. If you use this as a means to double cross me or the Users, I can and will forego my previous attempt to spare your life and will personally delete you myself.
[/color]

Following that, Dimitri began interacting with the devices on the network, denying them network access through the permissions on the Administration panel. The Blue Butler gave a small chuckle as the Users began to express confusion as to why their computers were suddenly unable to access the network, or crying in distress for misplaced work (databases were rather finicky that way, weren't they?). Now to watch and see how this would all unfold...

Strider Katana (Blade), Strider Hime (Furiae), Strider Hien, & Inuart Iprisson
Location: World Marshall Supply Depot, Outside of Denver [http://img.gawkerassets.com/img/17g9gv5p5cdqqjpg/ku-xlarge.jpg]
As the group began to chase the tank, Furiae looked at Inuart uncertainly and spat out, "I have an idea. But I need you to trust me."

Inuart scoffed and rolled his eyes, the enhancements from Wesker's serum making the motion considerably less difficult than it looked, "It has been nothing but bad decisions today, so I don't see how this could get any worse."
"Wonderful, now hold on!"
"Wait wha-"

All Inuart saw was the former Goddess' hand adjust the dial on her bracer and the next thing he knew, he was being lifted up by by a set of brown tentacles- and he was flying through the air, oh fuck oh fuck oh fuck! The bard began to flail in Furiae's grasp, being filled with abject terror this time around as opposed to reverence. After all, the last time he was on the receiving end of Furiae's extra appendages, he died, and rather painfully. Why was he so okay with this when she was resurrected - oh right, still did the sniveling obsessive fanboy act. At that reminder, the bard stopped flailing as much, and instead indignantly shouted, "Alright, aside from grabbing me with those - things and embarrassing me, what was your 'grand plan'?!"
"I was gonna fly to the tank, and you can shoot magic at it! Go on, I'm focusing everything I can just carrying your heavy, metal-wearing ass!"
True to the Goddess' plan, Inuart was able to right himself properly and begin swinging his blade, sending magical waves of ice after it... not that it stopped the duo from bickering,
"I'll have you know I've been working out frequently, and my ass is perfectly trim! I was nominated for 'most beautiful up and coming males singer' in- Whatever the bloody magazine's name was!"
*swing*, another wave of ice was launched at the tank, and Furiae continued the shouting match,
"Okay - 1) Ew, 2) I don't care, 3) I REALLY don't care, 4) I have a boyfriend-"
Furiae was cut off by gunfire, the Goddess having to duck and weave to ensure that herself and her heavy sack of human weight wasn't being punched full of holes. As Inuart launched more ice magic at the tank, he shouted again, "Really now?! You sure moved on quick! Then again, with having your little hit squad, you really didn't give two shits about me, did you?!"
Furiae threw a knife at a stray gunman on the tank, "Oh my GOD, get over yourself! I didn't call that hit squad, and I was told I was only looking for information! As far as I knew, you were supposed to live and be a fucking rock star or whatever it is you were doing!"
"So you meant everything then? You weren't just buttering me up, or doing some spy psychological trick?!"
Inuart reflexively launched another wave of ice at the tank, and with that, the poor thing stopped on it's feet, leaving it to the two Striders and the very perturbed bard to deal with. Furiae alighted towards the back of the tank, (where Blade was off doing his thing, released Inuart from her extra appendages and stepped towards him with a look that could kill,
"I meant every word. I wanted you to stick to music. It makes you happy. You can make a decent living off of it, not skulking around with shitheads like HIEN AND BISON!"
"You will not talk down about Bison that way! You owe him your LIFE!"
"I owe Bison NOTHING! If I owed anyone anything, it'd be the good doctor Cortex! Bison is a-"

"WILL YOU TWO JUST STOP-...."
There was an unearthly sound of a blade piercing flesh, before the two looked up to see Hien's sword impaled through Blade's chest. With a smirk that turned the stomach, Hien tsked, "You always couldn't keep your head in the game, Mutant."
"BLADE!"

Before anything else was said or done, before he could think about why, Inuart found himself moving forward, his mind doing a quick checklist on how Wesker went over how to move efficiently in the manner he called (what was it? Flash tapping? something like that)- keep low, focus on the target, move your legs just right, and -

in one instance he was next to Furiae, in the other he was before Hien; his blade striking downwards in an arc over the confounded Strider, blood seeping into his robes. As Hien looked at him with shock, Inuart coldly spat, "I could say the same of you."

As Hien sank to the ground, the bard gestured to Blade and spoke to Furiae, "...you should hurry them back to the Dawn. If you fly fast enough, you might be able to save them both."

Without needing to be told twice, Furiae grabbed both the bleeding Striders with her extra appendages, and shot a confused look towards Inuart, "...why the outburst? I thought you wanted Hien too?"
"...I, like you, care more about my friends far more than I do myself...I suppose you could say I empathized with your situation a little. I'll find my group soon enough. But, if the Dawn really does have them - could you tell them I'm alive and... I'm still looking for Bison."
He waved a weak hand towards Furiae before she could have responded, "Go on. If you want to yell at me some more, we can leave it for another day."

Silence stayed between the two for another moment longer, but with the fluttering of wings, the trio of Striders were gone, and Inuart was left to a smoldering battlefield...
With a sigh, Inuart looked around for a car to hotwire and muttered aloud, "Wish you could have seen that, Albert; I actually did pay attention to your lessons."

So... people forgot she was around...
Katya Rostikova | BEWP | Antoinette de la Trou | Benedict Warrington
[hr]

This was a new sensation... well a new sensation for two of the people floating around in the darkness. Looking around her, Katya had no idea where she was or if she was even on the same planet that she'd grown up on. What kept her from panicking was the fact that there were two familiar faces floating in the semi-darkness with her... well... as familiar as one could get having spent between 22 minutes to 22 hours locked in a cell will them.

"Where in the FUCK are we?" The Rising Dawn's Resident Digital Deviant asked loudly as she floated in the nothingness known as the Shadow Realm.

"Shush! S'il vous plait!" the familiar feminine French voice belonging to Antoinette de la Trou exclaimed as she attempted to focus on getting themselves back into the prison and to their comrades, "I'm trying to get us back into the prison and to your comrades... but... I'm having some problems."

"Well, this is simply confirmation of what young Katya has been implying for some time now... that we are not on our world." The Fatherly Figure known as Benedict stated simply as he floated past Katya with a peace filled smile on his face, "Given this piece of information, the decision to attempt to teleport into the weapons storage area was truly a poor one since my apprentice is unfamiliar with this dimension's spacial coordinate system."

"So... how do we get back to the prison?! " The young Katya Rostikova asked as she attempted to swim over to Twit and throttle the *****!

"One second. Give me a moment to try." The former child soldier for the Empire muttered as she closed her eyes.

ZRRRRT!

The darkness was suddenly broken by a series of prismatic pulses of light caused by things being phased into Antoinette's Shadow Realm. Katya, held her breath, hoping that Twit had teleported her imprisoned compatriots out of the prison and out of harm's way.

"WHAT IN THE HELL IS THIS?!" Katya exclaimed when she realized that it wasn't people that had been phased into existence but equipment.

"Zut alors!" The somewhat exquisite curse came from the junior member of the Blasphemer's brigade. In an attempt to phase back into the prison, Antoinette had attempted to use their equipment as a sort of anchor, "I had intended for us to teleport to our weapons, not for our weapons to teleport to us..."

"WELL NO SHIT! BUT THAT STILL DOESN'T HELP US GET OUT OF THIS SHIT PILE NOR DOES IT HELP ANY OF THE OTHERS!" The Impassioned Member of the Rising Dawn exclaimed as she once again tried to swim over to Twit to throttle the *****, "NOR DOES IT HELP US GET OUT OF THIS SHIT SHOW! AND THIS THING ISN'T MINE!"

Katya held out a what appeared to be some sort of futuristic magnetically driven assault rifle, stifling the thought of using it on the pair that she was stuck in limbo with.

"Hush, child. There's no use in crying over spilled milk. Have faith that your comrades can get themselves out of that prison while we try to get ourselves out of this prison. In the mean time... I suggest you tell us about this world. I suspect that the better the understanding that Antoinette has of this world, the easier it will become for her to teleport us back to it. Benedict said as he pulled his legs in, settling into a cross legged sitting position.

"Fine... Katya said as she strapped her gear onto her body, "But if we don't get back... I swear to God I'm going to shoot someone."

"So... the Father doesn't exist in this dimensions... not in the capacity that we're used to." Antoinette said, noting the fact that Katya had not been punished by the Father for using his name in vain, "Go on... I am listening..."

Note said:
Katya Rostikova, Antoinette de la Trou and Benedict Warrington are out for the remainder of the arc or until the encounter becomes more manageable.

Still, shall we begin?" Upon entry Melethia Saw a Strange creature was already in the room it was doglike but walked on two legs. It had been punching the air but was somehow knocking around a punching bag a few feet away. Seeing Icarus The Anubis-esque creature Seemed to get exited and bounded up then sniffed and it's sharp eyes examined Melethia, but kept a polite distance.
"This is My Teacher and Adopted brother Danny Boy, and I assure you he Will not interfere unless you fight in a dishonorable manner." Icarus smiled and Danny Boy Dutifully stood in the corner sizing up the Elf. Icarus summoned part of his armor mainly his Blue Doublet which was in Fact Brigantine, the armor plating on his legs and his Brigantine Gauntlets.

Melethia Inspected his Titanium Sword-kin which was in Sword mode.
"The sentience is intriguing, but it is still only as good as the titanium it's made with. I know Titanium is lightweight, but can it match up to these blades?" Melethia then took out a rather sharp and extremely well-made Kukri with a purple sheen that had a pungent scent to it, a Similar Hand-Axe accompanied it as she calmly entered a fighting stance. Icarus took a Defensive stance, He had fought a variety of weapons His father used to wield two weapons. the first thing he noted was both the Kukri and Hand-Axe were designed for optimal striking. However there was one flaw in Melethia's weapon choice: They lacked any Reach, With his longer arms he had a slight advantage, but only slight.
Melethia led in with her a flurry of slashes that was meant to test the extent of Icarus's defenses.
The Set of attacks were certainly alarming Icarus backed up using footwork to keep out of trouble He threw up parries as the weapons swung in towards him, he did a decent job defending himself Though he was losing ground, He knew he'd have to advance His eyes took in as much detail as he could: Where Melethia placed her feet, which arm she lead with, where she opened her guard. He felt his wings touch a wall. It was now or never, Melethia gave one more slash at Icarus he responded by flaring up his wings and launching himself into the air, he landed behind her and he immediately whirled around with his sword outstretched to swipe at her, He aimed for the armored section of her torso he also had full intention to slow the blade down before he hit her, not intending to cause any injury to the young elf.

The Rising Dawn: Canteen:
Selena, Diana, Luke, Alashi, Tania, Diana and...Violet

Surprisingly Violet was incredibly nervous, He almost seemed fearful of her, Most likely it was the Blue, crimson and Indigo sparks surrounding her that was really scaring him.
"Ghhhhhheherrrrrrrrrrrr-You're drunk! I shouldn't take advantage of you in this state!" Selena looked away but out of the corner of her eye she saw he bumped into someone else. Alashi tried to Reassure the witch "And I can understand that, Selena, though you might want to hold back on the drinks..." Selena Sighed "Alright I guess I don't want to wake up with a hangover." Selena finished her Whiskey "I'm drinking just water from now on." She then felt a strange sensation as someone put their hand on her head something she definitely didn't appreciate
"Young sorceress who holds the embers of the Old World in your bosom, quell such magics before you call upon the eyes of beasts hungering in the night."
"Hey how about you mind-" She froze when she sensed this person's powerful magic. The wide brimmed pointed hat also made it was quite clear that she too was a Witch. Selena took a deep breath attempting to calm down but she was able to properly focus her Magic at this point.
"I think I'm starting to regret my decisions" she said weakly as she her head rocked feeling very dizzy.

Just A Little Thread...
Ruby Babbage-Lovelace | Rory Mercury | Angelus | Diana | Doom | Kazuya Mishima | Naamah | Major Rhodes Selmy | Slindis
[hr]

While the adult members of the Rising Dawn discussed their adult topics that were far above the nine year old pink primped princess' understanding, Ruby Babbage-Lovelace was busy trying to discover the location of the missing members of the Rising Dawn. This task was made difficult as the girl was also busy trying not to drown in Auntie Rhodes' boobs. With an arm pushing one of her auntie's copiously large endowments to the side in order to maintain an air pocket, Black and White haired little lady found it nearly impossible to hold the blue swatch of cloth and pull out a thread as that would have required both hands. Hanging at her Authoritative Auntie's side, Ruby noticed a thread of hope or rather a thread that stray thread dangling off of her beloved Auntie Rhodes' uniform.

Slowly reaching out her free hand, Ruby grasped the barely visible snagged bit of cotton and pulled gently, the future unraveling itself before her as easily as the cloth of the Commander with the Commanding Presence's uniform did. As she gently unworked the singular strand she could hear Mister Mishima speaking as he questioned just how it was possible that Ruby knew where the missing members were kept.

"[color=9f2c68]Also, you mentioned that child as being your 'Guide'? Mind if I get some context for that or is that 'Above my Pay Grade' now?[/color]" The man boobed master of martial arts muttered in a mocking manner.

Below the river, under the city one mile high,
Beneath the place where death came from the sky,
You will find the place where your friends yet live,
A place where the best defense is a shiv.
Though you have the will to fight
Follow these rules to ensure that things will turn out right.

The quickest way into the heart of the beast
Is what your foes will expect the least.
Plant your seeds deep into the ground
and pierce the place where your friends can be found
But before that can even be done
You will have to own both ground and sun.

Beware the fiery Norse Men's flight
and dodge the flak that explodes in the night.
Be wary of the giant metal men with arms numbering four
While burning Denver's killer down to the floor.
Move your floating home over the heart of the land
And break through both rock and sand.

"It appears that she's proven herself more useful than you, already, Mister Mishima," Miss Rory Mercury said as she fixed a stern look upon Mister Mishima, the former man in charge of it all. It didn't appear that the Black and Crimson Clad Calamity was particularly fond of the Japanese Businessman at all, though from what Ruby had heard while she was in the Medical Bay, there was a particular reason for it. Turning away from the businessman, the young looking loli addressed him with her back turned, "Gather what men can still fight, we've been dawdling for too long."

Walking away from the Powerless Power-broker, Miss Rory looked at Auntie Rhodes with a small look of concern.

"While we have that man trying to run around and organize a counter attack, do you have any idea what the little one is talking about?"

Those who are friends are of kin. Those who are of kin shed blood as one.
Major Rhodes

Rhodes stopped and set Ruby down. The major's face was burning a deep pink, her bangs hid her eyes. She was silent for a little bit.

"While we have that man trying to run around and organize a counter attack, do you have any idea what the little one is talking about?" Rory Mercury asked, moving swiftly up to the Major's side. While the Major's strides were longer, she took them slowly and deliberately, allowing for the smaller woman to catch up.

"Anisa..." the major said lightly under her breath. She shifted her weight awkwardly between her legs. "You really shouldn't do that without telling me..."

"MUSTAFIA!" one of the angels said, running up and slamming her own body against the Major in a tight embrace.

Rhodes squirmed underneath the embrace of her angel, her left arm held against her chest. That tiny thread Ruby pulled in her divination had caused the entirety of her top to have become unraveled. What the Major couldn't cover herself, her angel did for her with much flailing, self-disrobing and silk-scarf wrapping around Rhodes' chest.

"If you want to see them... you just have to ask, Ruby. We just can't have men around..." Rhodes looked away and put a hand on her face, cheeks red.

There was a pause as another angel tackled Doom to the ground. "WHAT DID YOU SEE YOU HEATHEN!? FORGET IT IMMEDIATELY BEFORE I PUT YOU TO DEATH!"

In the back, yet another angel spoke in the ranks, "That was... that was so moe..."

After the Major's chest was once again covered by a makeshift bandage of silken scarf from her faithful angel, she spoke to address Rory. "Ruby speaks to us to seek the earth in full assault. We will probably move to attack directly above their prison, take the air with the Rising Dawn, and I'll have bunker busters queued up from the Soul of Tomorrow. After that my angels and I will sweep the area and deliver all the men to God." The Major smiled gently.

Eudaimon: Lilith

Lilith put her rifle back over her head and looked at the G-corp grunt and his friend. He had the simple nature of a desperate man to him. Greased hair, shaven chin, and a slump in his shoulder that she recognized as the result of many days alone in self-despair. She blinked, blue eyes glimmering in the harsh white light of the ship's hallway. There wasn't too much time to waste, so Lilith supposed she'd have to lay it on pretty thick.

Then she smiled, "Ah, hiya," she faked a Southern Californian accent, though that was where she was from originally before being picked up by Mustafia actually, "I'm new on the ship here, just transferred here from the front." She leaned forward, "You seem really friendly, mind giving me the up and down of the place? Somewhere private maybe? It's just so cramped in here and I've got a terrible sense of claustrophobia." Lilith unzipped her body suit so that it left bare everything down to her naval, "I just can't stand closed spaces, they make me feel so hot."

Violet's Nightmare
Diana | Violet

"Look, I knew they had forces in the area but I didn't know they had all that! I knew Armstrong had a private army but I didn't think it was THAT big....Look-...please-.....[sub]I didn't know[/sub]..."

"Wrong answer." Diana answered Violet, grabbed him by his collar and pulled him out of the canteen. She talked more quietly as she dragged him along, into a part of the ship that was less populated. "I asked you why you did not know it. Why you did not scout it out. But you are completely obvlivious, aren't you?"

She pushed him into a storeroom, drank the Bloody Mary fully, and dropped the glass on the ground. "You know, I hate being taken for a fool. But now, now we are all alone, and I finally can have some fun. Actual fun, not that stupid robot-eating stuff. You now how tasteless metal is?" Despite it looking normal earlier, as Violet now looked at the grinning mouth of Diana, it seemed to have two rows of spiky teeth. Her eyes were burning coldly still.

"I should not have expected more of you. More than thinking with your balls." Her grin seemed to get wider as she grabbed into his crotch and put the other hand on his mouth, so he could not scream. "Maybe they need to be taken off? But ...
that would be too obvious, wouldn't it?"
Suddenly, it seemed to get darker in the room, as Diana's poisoned mind began leaking into Violet's, and he could hear her voice only in his head. "I learned things that are much more fun back where I came from." She pushed close against him, what even he might have longed for, but not in this situation.

Dark clouds were filling his mind, making it hard to think. "I can be your fear. I can make all that you fear reality. But I also can create new fears ... and new longings ..." Her face came incredibly close to his, and she was looking deeply into his eyes. "You still would like it, wouldn't you? I know the mind of you males. But there is nothing wrong with it. It should be embraced!"

Violet could feel how his sex drive was heightened ... manipulated ... changed. His desires were brought to the top and not brought back down. It would feel like he desired every woman he saw. The dark clouds changed this ... slowly. They changed parts of his personality. This was no simple mind-reading. Or even controlling. This was changing his sense of self.

"But it also should be feared." was added in his mind. And suddenly, the dark clouds took out all the fears about embarrassment, the fears about speaking to someone desirable, even the fears about bodies themselves, naked ... especially these two things. The round ones. The ones pressing against his chest right now. What was that even? Why would you not fear round things? They could be really intimidating. Round things, like cabbages. Or sport balls. Or these things starting with b ...

Suddenly, the dark clouds lifted from his mind. Before Violet stood Diana, with her ... things. And her big, pointy teeth. She smiled, and took his hand. She lifted it to her mouth, putting his hands dangerously close to her round ... things.
Then she bit his little finger off. Chewed on it, smiled. "Tasty." and left the room.
Just a second before his memory of the dark clouds faded.

Avatar Adventures | Undisclosed Location | Secure Cell Block: Designation A-Class [http://marcelgonzales.de/prison01.jpg]
Nightfall
Mio | [color=0E59E4]Teri[/color] | Caim and guards and Bruiser and stuff

Mio flinched as she suddenly heard another, unexpected, explosion. She took a step back from the cell door, stepping closer to Teri, fear in her eye, initially. Then she heard Leoric's laugh, and, after a short time, saw him knock out the cell door. And not attack her, but the guards, which made her much more confident. "Now that's what I'm taking about! Getting out of here!"

Meanwhile, Teri was starting to rip the lower halfs of her pants off, which got curious glances from Mio, as she looked back and forth at the chaos outside and Teri inside. She realized what Teri was doing just after a short time. "Are you sure you can punch hard enough?" did she ask, right before Teri spoke to her, a bit worried about Mio's abilities.

[color=0E59E4]"Looks like we didn't need to distract the guards after all, Mio. I don't know what these guys are gonna do, but until the collars come off, all I can use are my parent's teachings, and unfortunately, I'm no master in them. But if we stick together, we should be able to get you outta here. What are you able to fight with? We might be able to grab you a weapon..."[/color]

"Hey, I did promise to get you out of here, didn't I? I keep my promises!" Mio answered, overhearing that Teri was speaking about getting Mio out. "Now, this will be quite easy with that chaos out there. Don't be loud and don't make yourself big, and follow me." She did not seem to be worried about Bruiser. Instead, she silently walked towards and out the cell door, occasionally looking back to Teri, making sure she followed.

There, she also could see Caim fighting an array of guards, some of them trying to fight back, some of them, one row behind, having their guns pulled but not shooting, worried about hitting their own. Mio's eye fell on the same place Caim's eyes had before, a sword holster. With some very quick movements, she had pulled a sword out, and taken a low stance. The guard had not noticed this happening, at all.

Looking back to Teri, Mio winked. "There's my weapon." she whispered. "But now we should get to where our things are stored. I'm not getting out of here without my coat.
Uhh ... do you know where to go?"

In that moment, one of the guards seemed to pick up on something, and slowly turned. Before he could do so fully, however, Mio's sword was on his throat. His eyes widened, just for a second, then Mio cut with a quick slash and jumped a step back as he was going limp, slightly yelping due to landing on her injured leg. Otherwise it had been quick and clean. Mio quickly hurried around a corner, made sure Teri, but noone else, was following, then spoke again.

"Sorry about that. You should not see these terrible things ...
where should we go though? This prison is much bigger than the ones I am used to."

The Escapist Avatar Adventures | The Rising Dawn | Rising Dawn Private Quarters - Ryan's Room
"And she said we couldn't make anything good from that? Right, Challenge Accepted!"
Ryan | Annie | Nina and Phillip
[hr]

As Annie passively watched from the bed, taking care of her sword's needs, Nina and Phillip would be raiding the fridge and freeze. The goal was simple, look for stuff to make some legitimate noms to eat, and then cook said food with extreme... determination. It wouldn't take long before Phillip made up his mind on what was going to be made. While sitting by the counter, he extended some of the tentacles outwards to grab inside the fridge, putting out whatever he needed.

Nina realizing Phillip had taken the charge, moved out of the way as he did his thing. "So what are you thinking of making this time then?" She asked politely, looking down at the noodle monster. Phillip would pause for a moment, several of the tentacles stopping for a moment as a couple of them shifted her way, acting like he was giving her at least some attention. "Oh come on, what do you mean it's a secret Phillip? Just tell me what you're planning on making!" Phillip didn't let her finish before he started moving things around getting a kettle boiling some water, setting a cutting board down. Nina simply sighed, he was probably pretty stressed from all the goings on that day, she couldn't hold it against him if he wanted to do some things his way for once. "Alright, well if you need me, I'm not going anywhere. Just ask?" She smiled encouragingly before resuming her hunt for a cellphone charger.

Meanwhile the main show was starting [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8CqSKbsJ98] as from within Phillip's mass, several sheathed knives and pans appeared. Pushed out from a barrage of other tentacles that cascaded forth, Phillip immediately started cooking a frozen hamburger patty as well as throwing some butter into another oiled pan. While they started to slowly sizzle, several of Phillip's tentacles whipped around with uncharacteristic precision, snatching up a couple onions. They flexed for a moment as the outer most skins flaked off without much resistance as they were set swiftly to the cutting board.

The familiar sound of a blade being drawn forth filled the air as Phillip grabbed a cooking knife, and like a striking python started cutting the onions into ringlets.[footnote]Despite whatever hang ups she'd have with Phillip, or him using a blade with such speed in such close proximity to Ryan, she'd feel that aura of Phillip's had dimmed in comparison to all other times she'd noted its presence.[/footnote] Phillip however continued chopping away at the onions, one tentacles apparently having several smaller tendrils coming out of it which danced between the chopping blade, moving onion pieces in and out of the spot as needed.

Into the melted butter pan Phillip threw in the chopped onions as he simultaneously flipped the burger on the pan with a flick of his non-existent wrist, having it do a nice 540 in the air. He'd stir the chopped onions in the mix of melted butter until they were nice and tender, and while they neared their completion, Phillip broke apart the hamburger while grabbing a mass of paper towels. He'd flip beef up again, snatching the bits with the paper towel. With a swift twist, a large majority of the grease Annie would be against was now separated. And with that he dropped them into the pan like a hailstorm of beef.

Now beef broth was a problem, since Ryan didn't have any, nor did he have the reasonable alternative of chicken broth, nor did he even have old bones to attempt to make new broth. He had one option however as maddening as it might be to use. In a large mug, Phillip opened up one of the instant beef noodle cups Ryan had lying around, and immediately tossed the crummy noodles, using the pack inside as the broth he needed! He dumped that into the mug, pour the boiling water he'd prepped from the kettle at the beginning, and then dump that into the mess of onions and beef. Lastly, a couple of spice bottles would pop out from Phillip's mass as he'd give a couple shakes of a few before putting them away. He'd cover the pan with a lid to let it simmer there as he moved on to cleaning the finished beef pan.

"I think I know what you're up to Phillip~" Nina mused as she flopped onto the bed's edge, giving herself just enough room to not fall off, but also not to incur the wrath of Annie. She'd kick her feet up in the air while she rested on her stomach, and then had a seemingly one sided argument over if she really did know the dish with a couple "Ya I do."s and a few "I definitely got it."s sprinkled in between to respond to seemingly nothing.

"So, Annie? You sure you don't want any? Phillip says he's got enough he'd definitely be able to make you a serving too if you want?" Nina asked from her spot, looking over to the diligent little Shifter of edginess. Now Annie might still have had her reservations on the quality of Ryan's food selection, but still somehow, someway, she would notice her mouth was salivating. Despite her not being hungry, not trusting either of them overly, or just simply thinking the food wasn't a good quality for her; her body was somehow still yearning for a taste of what Phillip had been working on for the passed 20 minutes or so.

Regardless of her answer, soon enough Phillip would start to work again. He'd grab another large coffee mug and used it to judge a round circle cut for a couple slices of bread, which he'd then through into a toaster. He'd also grab out the cheese block, and what happened next seemed odd as one of Phillip's tentacles went around to each of the cupboards, hovered there for a second before moving onto the next one. "Maybe he lost the cheese grater or something?" Nina stated out of the blue. "It could happen, maybe someone else needed it, we don't know." She added. Without a supposed cheese grater, Phillip instead used one of his knives to slice the cheese and divide it into small slivers. Once the bread had finished toasting, he through it into a microwave with the cheese on top to melt the cheese. And with that, he was done! [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IS724kaxlRE]

Finally he ladled some of the french onion soup [http://southernboydishes.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/French-Onion-Soup-3.jpg] into one of the mugs, setting the toasted bread within. It was simple, and yet somehow it brought everyone's attention to it in the room. The first he'd give to Nina, which she'd immediately dug in, thanking Phillip for the food in turn. If Annie had agreed to have one as well, Phillip would prep one of her too, and needless to say against all odds, it tasted just as good as it smelled.

When Nina was nearly done her allotment of onion soup, she looked over to Annie questioningly. "So this has been bugging me practically since Ryan first noticed Phillip with his magic eyes of bag spying. Frankly other than Eddie giving me the gears about Phillip no one has been reacting... poorly towards him? Are people like him more common around here, or are things just that much more... liberal around here?" Nina asked Annie quietly, Phillip was obviously still in ear shot, but given the situation Nina didn't really have a choice in that matter. "Really I'm not sure where I'm going to go from here if Ryan's really going to take that long to get up. I just don't want Phillip to get hurt." She said with genuine concern.

The Rising Dawn: Hangar Command Center: Slindis, Diana, Kazuya, Angelus, Doom, Major Rhodes, Ruby, Rory, Rugal, Devon, Garm

"It appears that she's proven herself more useful than you, already, Mister Mishima,"
[color=9f2c68]"..."[/color]
This was his life now.
From a lowly martial arts student from the past to one of the most powerful men in the present day earth...to the ***** of Lolita, a little girl and an unwilling stripper.
[color=9f2c68]"....Yes, Ma'am..."[/color] He merely said before returning to his post, clearly no longer resisting or objecting to anything as he merely began to assemble a team of soldiers for-...whatever it was that these women wanted to do.

Doom meanwhile was a little confused at what exactly happened, the little girl said some stuff that he didn't understand and in the process, the Major seemed to lose her top.
However his keen mind was able to point out a detail that many others might have missed in this exchange.
"If you want to see them... you just have to ask, Ruby. We just can't have men around..."
[color=004d]"....Wouldn't that make you a pedophil-AHHHHHH!"[/color] He asked before one of Rhode's personal guard tackled him to the ground before screaming something about "Heat-ing" at him.
[color=004d]"DOOM DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING! DOOM DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING! PLEAS-JUST DON'T HURT ME AGAIN!"[/color] He screamed while bringing his hands to his face, accidentally brushing them against the Angel's chest as he did and getting a slap in the face for his troubles.
[color=9f2c68]"Oh of the love of-...Can we at least pretend that we ar-...I mean-...oh forget it, Just know my men are ready when you are..."[/color] Kazuya merely grumbled, knowing full well he didn't have any right to talk after all that had transpired.

And just to punctuate just how terrible this meeting was going, Kazuya then heard the LAST voice he wanted to hear from:
"...Have we arrived at a bad time?" Rugal said as he, Garm and Devon soon arrived on the scene, the "Captain" of the ship being somewhat used to such displays after living and working here for so long.
"...Major...Not the circumstances I'd imagine we'd be meeting in..." He greeted Rhodes, nearly getting set upon by the Angels attempting to protect their commander's modesty.
Luckily for her, Rugal's eyes were soon elsewhere as he spotted Slindis talking with Kalastryn.
"Ahhh, you've returned safely. I cannot begin to express my relief. No doubt you've heard about our situation..." He explained to the Drow, each word sounding like nails on a chalkboard for poor Kazuya...

(More posts coming soon...hopefully...)
