The trolls we do get are always invariably incompetent, too. Not that it matters because the mods are probably the most vigilant I've ever seen on a forum. They also don't ban arbitrarily, which is nice.Tiny116 said:Well I think the awesomness I was going to compliment has been mentioned.
I do commend the Troll hunters however, they keep the site trim and proper *salutes*
Mostly I watch Yahtzee, Moviebob, and the Unskippable guys. Maybe I should make a foray into some of the other video offerings. Although I did watch an Apocalypse Lane episode, and I liked it.KitsunetheFox said:Zero Punctuation, Doomsday Arcade (when it was running), Unskippable, Escape to the Movies, Doraleous and Associates, and the community of the Forum Games and RP crowd (I don't dislike the rest of you, I just tend to spend my time in the FG and RP area, and as such don't know the people outside of it very well).
All of them are brilliant.
Yeah, when he's not being a dick. Just kidding. Lets be friends.Marq said:There's a guy called Marq who sticks around here a bit. He's a pretty cool guy [sub][sub][sub]and doesn't afraid of anything[/sub][/sub][/sub]
Ouch. I only know five of those nine. *sigh* At least it's not a failing grade! [sub][sub]Hooray for silver linings![/sub][/sub]Subzerowings said:The fact that most of the community has decent taste in music, games and art in general.
I'm so sick of the fact that no one at my school knows who Blind Guardian, Scorpions, Guillermo del Toro, Francis Ford Copolla, Stanley Kubric, Salvador Dali, Shigeru Myamoto, Nobuo uematsu, or Ted Price are. Believe me I've asked....a lot.
I haven't actually had any run-ins with trolls thus far. But that's probably due to my measely double digit post count. You all shall bow before my Copy Clerk glory!coxafloppin said:Its the home of witty banter!
Its a fun place to be and theres not many trolls.
Zero Trolls in the premium members forum!
5 out of 9 is pretty amazing! Which ones didn't you know? I'd forgive you Blind Guardian and Scorpions because either you like rock and metal or you don't. I must admit, Nobuo Uematsu isn't really that famous but he's the composer for most of the Final Fantasy series. Ted Price is the CEO and founder of Insomniac games (Ratchet and Clank, Resistance,...), which is one of my favorite companies because they're like a family to each other and they always put fun before money.J. Yay for ninja future sight! Although, yeah, those four are pretty obscure. I wouldn't call them "the least popular" per se. Just further removed from the majority of the public. Also, I'm not a big fan of metal, and haven't played any Final Fantasy game or anything by Insomniac, so it follows naturally that I'd be unfamiliar with them. Though I can respect a company that values their employees and their product's quality over profit.Subzerowings said:5 out of 9 is pretty amazing! Which ones didn't you know? (If by some shade of awesome I summed up all the people you didn't know, pretend it's because of my ninja future sight and not because they're the least popular.)
