The FAIL Game!

Here's a game I'm surprised nobody has thought of. The FAIL game is a series of phrases which one person starts and the next finishes. Here is an example.

DemonLordZeya: The man polevaulted...

DemonLordXelha:...Into a brick wall. FAIL!

Simple and entertaining, but there are a few rules.

1: No repeating a previously used FAIL.
2: All endings must end in a FAIL or EPIC FAIL. EPIC FAILs are reserved for the really well placed endings.
3: Don't be innapropriate (or excessively so). It mocks the entertainment value of this game, and you can get banned.
4: Don't make it too long, more than 2 lines isn't worth making a fail for.
and lastly, 5: MAKE IT A FAIL!!!

I'll repeat my intro example for starters.

The man polevaulted...

 

[Berethond]

The man tripped over...

And fell through the floor because of poor collision detection. FAIL.
The man got in his car...

His pet rabbit. EPIC FAIL.

Stephen Hawking was hit by a...

...into a live minefield and had his legs blown to Madagascar. FAIL!

...VW clown car, killing 20 people. FAIL.

...is not that great a rapper, yet people love him. FAIL!

...misses by 20 feet and kills one of the cheerleaders! FAIL!

Don't be afraid to make intro's longer than like 5 words, sometimes it's going to be good.

the monkey ate a banana...

...and had a horrible allergic reaction which mutated its dna, changing the monkey into a giant radioactive manbearpig! FAIL!

Bob was clumsy...
