So what games have made you rage in the past, Rage hard I mean, Turn off console, throw controller, slam keyboard?

I was playing Dragon Ball GT for the GBA, Final Level VS Vegeta, His HP was down in the red, and boom, super move killed me. Restart whole level, Broke my GBA SP in half.

Any Pokemon or Splinter Cell game.
Mirror's Edge.
Portal.
Braid.
Super Street Fighter 4.
Prototype.

All I can think of right now.

The first couple of hours of Mount and Blade; With Fire and Sword. Oh dear God, so easy to get killed mixed with so many bugs...

Most NES games. More recently, nothing has kicked my ass but Demon's Souls. I love the gameplay but it's just too unforgiving for me. Perhaps variable difficulty levels would have helped.

You are a very easily frustrated person by the sounds of it.

OT: I don't let myself get angry (I mean that in two ways). Whenever I start feeling frustrated with a game I normally just turn it off; if I'm not having fun, why play?

Glover, hated that game so much.
Hated...Glover? But it's so weird! D:

CoD:MW. I decided to play through the first time on Veteran and that part with the God Damn ferris wheel is nearly impossible on that difficulty, the rest of the game wasn't anywhere near as hard as that one section. I only just narrowly beat it and if I had died on that attempt I probably would've had to replace my 360. :s

And unmodded Shogun II: Total War can be hair-tearingly frustrating. The bows in that game are ridiculously powerful and the AI gets stack after stack of the best archers in the entire game and nothing else.

God Hand. Some of those fighting ring challenges are brutal.

Worth it to finally beat them, though.

I had a lot of problems with the Ferris wheel part at first, but it turns out that if you hide in the ally near the entrance to the area, no enemy soldiers will bother you.

OT. I specifically remember a Very buggy quest in oblivion during the thieves guild quest line (the one where you have to steal the sacred heirloom). A glitch in the game made it as to where the heirloom wouldn't appear half the time, and it took nearly a half hour of fiddling to get it to appear in the proper place.

WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? THAT I HAVE ANGER ISSUES? HUH? IS THAT WHAT? OH, THAT GETS ME SO MAD!

Being completely serious, yes, I do get frustrated often. But these games have gameplay elements that just drive me insane. The scanners in Prototype make it impossible to do sneaking missions. I don't have the fight pad for SSF4, so I get my ass kicked on easy. Sure, it's my first fighting game, but it aggravates me a little when I want to do something and I can't even figure out the button imputs (Most are easy, some are just insane) or I just don't do what I want to do.

Recently the only game that made me rage-quit was Castlevania:SotN because I had just started off and didn't know that the rooms with the big pulsing geometric shapes were save rooms. So I get the first boss and get killed making me start the whole thing over, prologue and all, every time I failed. Finally a friend of mine took over and accidentally figured out how to save :p

CoD4 on Vetern. I was all "AAARRGGH! How the fuck is this even fun!?" and turned off the console. Then I went and punched the water in our shower. It won't mess with me again.

But srsly....fuck CoD on vetern.

Most fighting games if I'm playing online. Other then that Fallout: NV, Black Ops, and certain parts of Demon's Souls. Love the games, but they make me rage so fucking hard...

CoD there was a part where I shot a dog on the sniping mission that's a flash back. It auto saved after that part so for months on end I tried to get past a swarm of dogs that would either kill me or my squad mate and fail the mission. Come to find out some time later that I could skip the entire part. It's the only part in a game that has pissed me off enough to break a 360 controller. Soul Caliber 3 is has claimed a few ps2 controllers of mine.
