Oh my, i can't name all of them, but a lot. Which dosen't make me an Ultra-1337 Hardcore Gamer, but i guess it does make me a complete loser with no life. Great.

Geez I recognized alot and new alot by name but some of the small 8-bit ones were hard to make out. I barely recognized Wolverine and Cyclops beating up on some bad dude but most are detailed enough to really figure out. Plus alot of them are from the same game which isn't all that interesting.
I named about 70% of them, that's good enough for me.
As for the extra questions.
1. I have no idea.
2. The only double I noticed was Snake. EDIT: Batman, Indiana Jones, and Duke Nukem (so far).
3. I'd guess that Mario starred in the most games.
4. Bioshock is the only one that comes to mind.
5. No idea.
6. Only one I can think of is Mario.
7. I'm gonna guess Dig Dug, or Pac Man.
8. The only one I see is the ghost chasing Pac Man.
9. A lot of them.

Well, I spotted at least one character from a game that was never released, and that would be Nova from Starcraft:Ghost. Other than that...meh, I really don't feel like wasting my day away like that.

I can name pretty much every character and game they come from. It's a tad on the easy side if you've been playing any video game in the past 10 years or so, but sadly, about 10-15% of this image goes further back than the sixth generation, which is pretty depressing the more I think about it.
Having said that, I am a mildly amused on some of the more obscure choices, but in the end this seems like someone had an afternoon to kill and Google Image search. There's even a few "characters" that are either nameless or are part of a collective.
And if this person is going to sling around his/her "I'm so fucking 1337" image, (s)he should at least brush up more on hyped games that were never released:

Final assessment: All this "IQ Test" did for me is make me feel old. I don't need some jerkass reminding me that I was raised in an age that's been dead and buried with the rise of the internet. But further looking into it, it seems like this guy just tried to squeeze in every pop culture reference from the past 5-10 years into an image and squeeze every last bit of pretentiousness out of it. Fuck this person.
First of all, I call for the removal of all the "generic modern combat" soldiers from the image. They are even more identical than the various space marines that we are flooded with. Maybe it's just me, but I'm guessing that the BF, CoD, Ghost Recon and whatnot have pretty much the same "cover guy"...
That being said, I am mildly disturbed that I could identify either the game or the character for roughly 2/3 of the characters there. I expected to score under 50%. And the two games that never came out are SC:Ghost and DN:F

4. T-Block? - Tetris (probably doesnt count)
5. Marble? - Marble Blast (not sure if its a marble...its behind the avatar, under Nathan Drake)
