It WAAAS meant to be a clever disguise, right? Good twist... and what not but the bleach anime in particular does seem to draw out the boobage a bit much...

I didn't even mind the first instance that much, but later on they pull they same trick again.

When that little snot-nosed kid in the Hollow world also turns out to be a hot chick.

Well, let's look at it this way. If there is a woman in Bleach, she will be attractive. If she is going to be around for more than a couple pages or a few episodes, she has to be hot. Any ... lack of hotness will lose viewers.

I used to feel the same as the TC (except it was comics). After a while you just gotta accept that they're trying to lure in guys and gals who just want to see "hawt" characters regardless of the actual plot. It happens all the time with any type of media (movies, music videos, even books!)

As long as the storyline is interesting I try not to let it bother me. Good day all.
