I challenge you to find an anagram that is funnier than : feeling romantic---> flaming erection. GO
Considering humor differs from person to person, this may nigh be impossible.

On to the challenge, Go fly a kite. I say this because I dont see many kites these days.
Or
Complete Fire Emblem: the Shadow Dragon in less than a Day
Or
Complete Mirrors Edge without Dying.

I challenge anyone who loves and extreme challenge. I challenge someone to a race of I Wanna Be The Guy. If there is anyone who agrees the terms shall be designed.

Bring one the crazies. I am a platforming master and no one shall defeat me. (Also I have never beat that game)

If someone can beat Fallout 3 in less than a day then someone might be able to do that FireEmblem one...

If we are talking just the main quest of Fallout 3 than I've already done that.

just typed in "hitler giant gun" (haha sexual innuendo) into google and found that, also that is the biggest gun ever made, it was a trick question.

Okay I will make a video on youtube and send you the link then. I will send you a friend request. You may have to remind me though.
When are school holidays in the UK? They're obviously going to be different to here in Aus...
July 1st and I shall start training from that day on. I'm actually quite excited, in a weird and sickening way

Someone on youtube completed it (quite well, with half the bobble heads and finished the main story question + side ones) in 8 hours. By my maths I think there're at least 8 hours in a day. So I suppose it is achievable

To answer the op's question.

I propose the alphabet song.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XEN4vtH4Ic

It has basically been taught in every school throughout Western society and helped countless kids learn their ABC. The corner stone of the English language.

On a related note to the Schwerer Gustav/Dora you posted, I challenge anyone to come up with an military idea actually considered for production more nutbars than this:

That's awesome. It's like when I found out some guy had knocked off Banjo Kazooie in 6 and a half hours collecting everything and even filmed the attempt. That's nuts.

You my friend earn instant respect for providing the most unique answer I've ever heard to a question. That is simply brilliant.

I challenge you to name a piece of music that has contributed more to Western Culture than Beethoven's 9th Symphony.
As much as I hate to say it, I would have to mention the works of the rapper Eminem. Eminem popularised an entire genre of music to the western audience generally shunned by mainstream people. He has paved the way for countless of young white kids to become what is often referred to as 'wiggers'. I think he is responsible for making rap to be one of the most popular genres to day, and making it easy for countless of uninspired rappers to sell countless of their uninspired albums with their undistinguishable uninspired songs to countless of uninspired kids and other young people (sorry, I just had to emphasise it slightly).

'Thanks' to him, lots of people consider money, drugs and 'hoes' to be the important things in life, and that woman are unintelligible products of desire, eagerly willing to pull down their pants and wiggle their butts before the camera while being slapped with big bags o' money (despite that his own albums were far better then the hellspawn he has opened the gates for). Besides the aforementioned, there are countless of other stuff he has paved the way for, mostly - if not all - very undesirable.

Well, you didn't say a positive contribution to culture!

Lol, as I said to Top Hat Tim who suggested the Beatles, technically I was looking for one song rather than an artist... but your answer is still a very good one because yes... while it is ahem... Eminem... he did influence a lot of people with his work...
