The one in Fallout 3 for reaching Level 20 with Neutral Karma. I'm attempting an Unarmed only character on Very Hard. Until I got the Deathclaw Gauntlet, I wished to die. Also, investing in the Medicine skill was a very good idea.

Just wrapped up Bioshock 2, I don't know if I can face the lagfest that is the online multiplayer, why can't dedicated servers be used in every PC game with online MP?

Something involving MW2, I think. But I'm never satisfied with wimpy achievements like, "Throw a grenade and kill d00dz". Deadrising has my favorite achievements. Still trying to get Frank the Pimp. >.<

That one is ridiculous because of the fact that the AI is really dumb and suicidal at times.

For me the last achievement has to be:

Urm, I seem to have earned these 4 in a short period of time a few days ago. All are TF2.

Hypocritical Oath: Kill an enemy spy that you have been healing (as Medic).
Artful Dodger: Dodge 1000 damage in a single life with the Bonk! Atomic Punch (as Scout).
Scout Milestone 2: Get like, 18 Scout Achievements or something.
Ride of the Valkartie: Ride the cart for 30 seconds (as Soldier).
