as far as Shining Will gose, buy the mats and make it, its cheaper

though if you want Holy Wing x.x like i did, gonna need 3-4 mill for the skirt or an insane amount of luck, its a drop item only

Stipulation number 2 is going to take a while, realistically and I won't hold you to it. I was only joking. Well half joking. As for holy wing, (which is one classy set, let's face it with that scarf and all) ouch. I became a plate smith but this whole, 2 plate finish a day max thing has been stalling my progress. And good, here I was worried people didn't run those bosses. I'm currently stuck crawling my way up the hilder forest quest line and the first three boats at least are a ghost town.
