I always thought Bayonneta was good eye candy. The glasses are what did it for me. If we're looking at it from a character model than I've recently been blown away by the models in Dark Souls. The base skins are fairly generic but the armors are amazingly well crafted.

Oh, Harley <3 I don't care if she's comic character originally. She truly is the most beautiful.
Interestingly enough she's not a comic character originally, she actually spawned from the Animated series...Still hawt...

On topic: Uhm... I dunno, lots to choose from but guess I'll go with Merrill from Dragon age 2:
Dunno what it is but as soon as I saw those big green eyes I gave up my romance with Fenris and went straight for that sexy lil' elf. Also it doesn't hurt that she's an interesting character and I like her voice.

And as for male characters I'm inclined to agree with the other folk above me about Snake.
Sure this is big boss but they're the same person and both equally sexy.

Even the damn concept art is hot

The things I would do to that picture...

For me, it will always be Bastila Shan from KoTOR.

Even for those graphics, she's quite attractive, and unlike other Star Wars love interests, developing a romance with her didn't feel forced (though I guess it was Forced, given the bond... oh, nevermind).

She also had interesting character development and seemed like a real person. She got arrogant as a somewhat-experienced Padawan who suddenly had a position of authority (I know I've made that kind of mistake a couple times in my life) and she began to question the teachings she preached as she compared herself morally to my character (whether I was light or dark).

So yeah. If you say "Star Wars romance," I will think of Bastila long before I think of Leia, Padme, or Juno.

Eugh. I couldn't stand her appearance or her attitude in ME2 (though I'm sympathetic to her backstory). I did think she was reasonably attractive in ME3. After all, she had some hair and was actually wearing clothes.

So many to choose...

Literally, I have a lot in mind. Playing RPGs and whatnot will do that so...without further ado...

Could be worse.

It could be Hsien-Ko.

You're welcome for the mental images.
I don't even...why? Why would you do that to me Z? I thought we were cool! D:

Really? No one thinks Miranda Lawson from Mass Effect 2 is the most gorgeous creature across any virtual realm? Hot chick with a gun anyone?

Alyx gets my vote:

One of the few (female) game characters that really seemed to live. Clever, strong and with a killer smile.
Agreed.

It was honestly refreshing to see a strong-female lead in a game that wasn't some air-headed bimbo, ultra-butch tom-girl, or plucky side-kick. Alyx felt like a real person. A believable character, if you will.

Plus, they didn't portray her like most female characters in video-games.

As for my pick, besides Alyx and others that have been listed, I'll go with:

That color. Those curves. The elegant simplicity. Just gorgeous!

I'm going with Ayamine Kei, mostly because of her personality and for invading my dreams.

I also like some of those previously mentioned, like Jack from ME3 and Triss Merigold. Morrigan, Liara, Tallis, Isabela and Saskia are hot too. I could likely make a much longer list, but I should probably stop >_>

Now you've gone and made me feel bad for making you feel bad about imagining what I assume to be implied necrophilia!

I'm sorry Hazy, I didn't mean it like that!

[sub]...wait, as opposed to the good side of necrophilia? I'll just show myself out.[/sub]

Almost, but the buck teeth really bother me.

Going to have to second this.

One of the very, very, very few video game characters that actually approaches beauty in my opinion.

In my opinion a pair of big tits and a disproportioned body just doesn't suffice. Neither do childlike cutesy anime girls.

The first I may find sexy at times, the second I don't really understand but whatever catches your fancy. But neither are beautiful in my opinion, that takes more than just looking like a trope.
And here I was starting to think I was the only one. Sure, the sleek look of some characters, with their exaggerated features, can be sexy. But, like you, I've never found them to be...well...beautiful.

For me, real beauty in a character; a human character; has always been more about the life-like portrayal of the character. Both in terms of their personality and their physique.

In simpler terms: Big breasts, small waist, and big hips are sexy....but not beautiful.

It's a tough one... Do you mean "curvy" and voluptuous or a more sophisticated beauty like Natalie Portman? Eh, never mind, I'll just post a few examples...

1) Jack (ME2&3)

What can I say, I've got a thing for bald women,,,

2) Catwoman (Arkham City)

... Skin tight catsuits FTW...

3) Violet Summer (Velvet Assassin)

Because this list needs a British woman and it sure as hell ain't gonna be Lara Croft...

Oh, she's attractive to be sure. I just ignore that because her attractiveness is completely deliberate, both in terms of her character design and backstory. Plus, her default outfit just makes me sigh. It looks REALLY uncomfortable.
