When you see the finished 100% on a guitar hero song that youve been playing for ages trying to get it right.

umm and also the halo 3 trailer where we first see the bubble shield. =]

i thought that gta 4 was amazing in its graphics.

Halo:CE-When you look up and see the ring stretching off into the sky.

Shadow of the Colossus-When you first see a Colossus walk round the corner. Epic.

Team Fortress 2-When you first blown up by a crit rocket and you see a little label on the ground pointing to your liver.

CoD4-When you drag your limp body though the city after the nuke went off. Watching whole building disintegrate was awe inspiring, yet terrifying. No moment in a game has really made me think like that before.

Bioshock-Best intro to a game I have ever seen.

Final Fantasy XI - Finally getting access to the Tavnazian Archipelago. Lufaise is one of the prettiest areas I've ever seen in any video game ever.
Hmm. I'm not sure about that but the cutscene RotZ after the fight in Quicksand Caves was awesome. I never actually followed that storyline I just thought the cutscenes were cool.
Also, the end of Half Life 2: Episode 1 looked awesome.

-Oblivion, first stepping out of the sewers.
-F.E.A.R, getting a Replica in the shoulder with a shotgun in slo-mo, and watching him majestically double somersault backwards with a scream
-Halo, when you first crash on the Halo
-Far Cry, the first night time level was quite pretty
-Devil May Cry 4, level set at the Order's headquarters is quite picturesque.
-Crysis, the frozen over level with the hovercraft.
-Crackdown, the view from Wang's skyscraper.
-Prey, when you see the Earth and stuff. Some the scale of the levels in that game was quite beautiful
-Assassins Creed, personally I like Acre.

Watching:
Xelha die in Baten Kaitos

Observing:
either the Lone Wanderer's sacrifice or the other person's [can't remember her name] sacrifice at the end of Fallout 3

And at the very, very end of Persona 4 while taking the True Ending route:
after kicking the crap out of Izanami-no-Okami, Japanese goddess and co-creator of the universe, hearing her say, 'Children of man- well done!' and slowly disappearing to symbolize the fog of deceit finally being removed from the heart of humanity.

Fallout 3, nuke going off, leaving the vault, view from Arefu...

Metroid Prime: Phendrana, Tallon overworld first time you land...I had to stop and just look around, and the music added to the atmosphere.

UT3: Several places, including but not limited to Gateway and Demios.

Among your list, the stronghold crusader one is pretty sweet.

The screen after you finished Mass Effect and before the credits start to roll. The music helps a lot too.
Brings tears to my eye every time.
Just. So. Beautiful.

Nuke in Fallout 3 is amazing, i think i saved/reloaded to watch it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

Gosh that was good.

Some Scenic shots in Halo 3 were amazing as well.

Many many sights in WoW. Examples are stepping into Terokkar Forest and Zangarmarsh for the first time, walking to the top of that broken world tree in Grizzly Hills and watch the view, watching Azeroth from Black Temple, simply walking through Elwynn Forest, entering Dalaran Silvermoon City, Stormwind, Exodar....well any major city really for the first time and obviously the Wrathgate cinematic. I could on with that for a while. Also complimented with an amazing soundtrack, wich also sets an absolutely superb atmosphere.

The whole of Metroid Prime 1 and 2 impressed me non-stop. Beautifull scenery complimented with amazing music, it really sets an awesome atmosphere.

The GTA4-version of Times Square by night. Cruised by and I was réally impressed. Ofcourse the next thing I did was break in an expensive car dealer, and cruise through it again with some better set of wheels ;-)

Stepping out Oblivion's sewers.

Stepping out Fallout 3's Vault 101. More so then Oblivion to be honest, Oblivion on the 360 looks a bit meeh, still don't know why I bought it for the 360...

Landing on Halo for the first time in Halo.

The view from the highest point in Jerusalem in Assassin's Creed. Found the game incrédibly meeh, but that was beautifull.

BioShock's intro cinematic, e.a seeing Rapture popping up behind those rocks on the first time, complemented with that eery-ish tune, made my skin crawl with that feeling of lost glory and decay. Truly amazing, beautifull in it's own disturbing way.

Dozens of sights in Half Life 2. From entering Ravenholm, although that wasn't really beautifull, untill the Lost Coast level. Some awesome sights, some beautifull sights, but all great.

LOTRO's Shire, or the dwarven city or one particular vista in the elvish/dwarfish starter area where I looked over an elvish village, secluded between hills and water. It's a shame I didn't visit Rivendell, I can only imagine...

Guess that's all really, not even included all the non-beautifull, but awesome, 'wow!' moments. Then the list would be almost endless.

For me, the first time i stood on top of a mountain in Oblivion and saw the Imperial City waay down below. That place looks incredible from far away.
Or, in Fallout 3, the first time a ghoul ran at me and i shot it in the face with my hunting rifle, causing its head to blow up. I saw its eye fly over my shoulder. That was a very good moment.
I think i love Bethesda.. I can't wait for TES 5 and the rumoured Fallout 3 MMO. <3
