Most evil thing would have to be deleting a friend's Super Mario 64 save file when he had between 115 and 119 stars so he had to start all over.

Honestly though.. he deserved it. (Talked about how he was the best player there, and constantly harassed an in-game teammate who was a friend of mine)

Martyrdom in Hardcore Search and Destroy (all you CoD:4&5 players will know how annoying this can be if a team-mate has this when your working really close toghether)
In real life?
Destroying someones shed and then setting fire to the entirety of his garden and parts of his house(flaming paper airplanes aren't a good idea)
or
Kicking someone so hard in the testicles that it severely impaired their ability to have children ( got strangled(by rope not hands) by his friend for that and i got hospitalized)
