If you can find another vehicle that is deployed on a planet that could destroy this you will have my respect.
Also note that simply climbing onto it and laying charge packs won't work >.> You know why? Because it's the 42nd fucking millenium, there are going to be precautions about such things.
The SDF-1 space fortress from macross planet deployable and would shit all over a titan. As much as I love 40k (and I really really love it) this big bastard would tear near anything a new one.
Cathedral Terra? Good sir, have you forgotten about....

i was thinking of that, but as far as i can tell it didn't have a name. i could only vaguely remember the name cathedral terra XD if i knew what that was called it would've been that, i was just about to have dinner at the time though.
Seriously, this suit is a walking weapon. It can pretty much download every tech available that it finds and use it. Regenerating shields and missles. A great morphball to avoid enemies with stealth. Grapple beam. Tons of weapons.
The most overpowered wepon is difficult to determine, mainly because there are a few out there with the power to slice time and space and obliterate the universe, blah blah blah. I'd categorize them by size, and pick several. With pictures and such, because QUALITY POSTS.
Most overpowered melee weapon--Probably the Skull Knight's sword from Berserk, which is built of small artifacts that are essentially the physical manifestations of evil and desperation, and can, in fact, slice a hole in our reality and kill gods.
Most overpowered firearm--this is technically a step down, but Avitus' plasma cannon from Dawn of War II.
My favorite thing about it was how on the loadout screen, you could rotate him completely around and never be able to see his head thanks to the size of his gun.
Most overpowered vehicle--The Baneblade, of course. If not for Warhammer Physics, that thing would sink into solid rock under its own weight, and would require an engine twice its size to make it run.
Most overpowered giant-ass robot--Narrowly winning over the Imperial Titan, the Gurren Lagann. Can't really argue with spiral power and all that.
Anything bigger can't really be qualified as a weapon so much as a force of nature. With lasers.
*clears throat* You do know that the Karach is just some chaos matter from Limbo right? So with enough high enough wisdom you could just shape an entire plane of existence into what ever the fuck you wanted it to be.
Alternatively, from Red Alert 3 Uprising, I bring you the Harbinger Gunship:
It only flies around shooting mini Proton Collider Bombs at anything unfortunate enough to be in the blast radius. But sometimes that's not practical, so it's also packing a 25mm chaingun. Ouch. And it never has to land to reload or refuel, so it can just circle your base and blow it to smithereens. And it's pretty resilient too, so you'd better have a lot of anti-air if you want to survive.
If not, I would say Ender Wiggin's brain. To quote Ender's Game: "Ender, if you're on one side of a battle, it'll never be a fair fight no matter what."
