The most replayable game.

Resident Evil 4. I can't remember how many times I played it, but the reason that I played through it so many times is the fact that I did little challenges like No Merchant runs, No Healing, Hand Gun Only and turning my old tv upside-down and playing it that way. Of course I can't do that now because turning to turn a digital tv upside-down results in tears and crushed toes.
For me it'd be Baldur's Gate 2 and Deus Ex. I still play through these games about once a year. I still actually find new things in Baldur's gate 2. There's just a hell of a lot of game there.
I also stuck something embarrassing like 400 hours into Morrowind, when it first came out.

LittleBigPlanet, even if you can't play online you could spend the rest of your days making your own levels.

Geneforge. I doubt many people have heard of it, but theres a lot of replay if you want to use all classes and get all endings. It takes a good amount of time just to beat it once.
Have you heretics forgotten Goldeneye?

Nethack. Even though it drives me insane and I always get sick of it after a day or two, it's one of those things you can play for years. Or decades. I actually enjoy reading about other people playing it more than playing it myself at this point, though...
I usually tend to find it's the simplest of games like Tetris, pinball games, Worms and classic racers. Ones with no gimmicks; just real solid gameplay and usually a rock, solid challenge.
Personally I think most people on this site who talk about replayable games always end up mentioning ones only about 3 years old, which I think isn't enough time to prove if they have long replay value. Try a game that you're still playing 10-15 years on i.e. I recently pulled out Pro Pinball: The Web and played hours of it for a few days, a game I've owned for about 12 years now.
