well yeah I figured out it was a drama at the beginning of the movie. It was BEFORE i even set foot in the theater that i didn't know anything about it and was expecting something else. I usually don't mind drama, but after a certain point I just found it unbearable to watch.
Unbearable as in how? Did you think the movie was bad?
maybe I'm at fault here, but I usually go to movies with the expectation of having an enjoyable experience. Watching children get abused and exploited for most of the first half was hard for me to watch. Drama is okay, but when characters are being tormented to the point where I decide to leave the theater then I believe something has gone wrong. "Slumdog", i feel, basically discouraged me from wanting to know what happened next. That's why I think the movie was bad.

btw I would like to know why you thought the movie good as seeing as how I only saw maybe a little bit less than half of it.

I liked it because it just seemed real. It was a film that actually had me interested in the characters and wanting to see what happened next. It made me feel bad for what was going on with these kids and just really wanting them to get out of wherever they were, and then the movie all comes together at the end and it makes you feel really good for them. You actually only got to see the bad things happen to the kids and didn't get to any of the "feel-good" parts of it.

The perfect storm and white noise, I was only able to make it to the end, because I was guaranteed
the main characters would die.
and myself and my friends cheered when it happened.

I actually walked out of Hot Rod. It was some of the worst comedy writing and acting that I ever had the displeasure of watching. I never walk out of films but this one....Ugh it was horrible.

I'm not sure that it counts as a bad film but the good shepard was SOOO BORING that I ejected the disk and put it back in it's box, within the first 10 Minutes!! Haven't watched any of it since then.

Typically, no matter how awful I force myself to sit and watch because I paid money to see it. However like I said once before when I saw that awful comedy 'A dirty shame' I almost forcibly wrenched it out of my machine and slammed it back into the box and was very tempted to throw it away, vile and evil as the movie was.
[sub]Vile and Evil both have the same letters, funny that[/sub]
Whatever I returned it to the DVD store who looked about as pleased to rerecieve it as I was to view it... not very.

I ran out screaming when the commercials started.
I think we were in the same theater, shortly after, I did the same thing...

OT: I got scarred from watching a review of some Disney garbage, something called Rock 'on or something, with all those disney stars.

they are degrading to the holy Bass instrument,

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Walked out about half an hour in. There's only so much condescending, badly written, teeny bopper, machine porn one man can stand.

I made 10 minutes... then thankfully the stream I was watching went dead. Merciful god I might have watched more if it wasnt for dodgy internet and on the ball copyright detectives!

It wasn't really bad, but I had to skip through half of 'Dawn of the Dead". Which is odd, sincce I absolutely loved Night of the Living Dead, and Day of the Dead.

The movie just went too fucking slow. If I remember correctly, it was around an hour longer than the other two I saw, every second of which was spent stretching out the movie until the very well done conclusion. As I said, I skimmed through the character development and just watched the 'good" parts of the movie.
