What item introduced in generation 5 makes blissey pretty much obsolete compared to chansey?
Evolution stone, but that does not make Blissey obsolete.

Yes Chansey has a huge defence and SP. Defence boost, but she gives up Leftovers Recovery, has almost no special attack, and has less HP. Because of this, if you have a faster 101 Sub user, then Chansey can be completely walled. If the pokemon is Hariyama, he can sub, then set up.

Blissey is NOT obsolete.

Easy question; What do the Unknown represent?
The unkown represent pokemon you have not yet seen. It can also mean that the pokemon is not found wildly, or only found on a different game.

Unown, however, represent letters, but that's not what you're asking for.

of all the pokemon signature moves, which two can well and truely only ever be known by a single pokemon?
I can only think of Smeargle's Sketch.
Smeargle's sketch (as has been stated)is one of the two moves that only it can know. The only other move that can't be learned by a pokemon is Ditto's copy move, which copies everything about the opposing pokemon (appearence, health, stats, and even PP of their moves, which also get copied)
Sketch can only be learned by Smeargle, but Mew and Smeargle both learn Transform.

The only moves Smeargle cannot sketch are Struggle or Chatter. So the answer is Sketch and Chatter as no Pokemon 'learns' Struggle, yet all Pokemon have access to it.
No, the question is that a move that pokemon is famous for, or everyone knows that it always has (i.e Smeargle's sketch or Ditto's Copy). Only Smeargle and Ditto can learn and use those respective moves.

What is the most powerful attack that can ever be performed?
The most pwerful that can be performed is Explosin, with a power rating of 250, and the only move with such a rating. The second strongest move is Self-Destruct, with a power rating of 200.

What was the evolution released for the Gardevoir evolution chain in Gen IV, and what are the requirements for this evolution to happen?
Gallade, a Fighting/Psychic mix sweeper, was the male evolution of Krilia. A dawn stone was needed to evolve him.

Also, Explosion is not the most powerful move, even with the Defence drop.
It depends on what you mean by "powerful":
Spit-Up, after 3 Stockpiles, has the highest upper limit of 300 attack rating, but Explosion hits multiple targets for effective 500 base damage (plus STAB and other modifiers).

Endeavor can reduce even the bulkiest of pokemon to minimal HP (but can never score a KO).

Fissure, Sheer Cold, Guillotine, Horn Drill, and Perish Song can instantly KO a pokemon, at the expense of low success rates.

Stealth Rock has the potential to strip massive amounts of damage from multiple pokemon.

Toxic, over time, deals exponential damage with no upper limit, as does Fury Cutter (even more so with a Metronome and Technician). Triple Kick (especially with a Technician boost), Rollout, and Ice Ball also fall in this category.

There is also a Shadow move in the gamecube Pokemon games that has 90-ish attack, STAB, and hits all types (besides Shadow) for Super Effective.

yes she give up leftovers...that what softboiled is for
It's easy to say a pokemon is crap as you describe its counter for example enjoy having your blissey being 2 hit koed by my spec lucario
you're going to see a lot less use of blissey

Yes, there are moves, like Pidgeot's Featherdance and Beedrill's Twineedle, that are signature moves. But, those moves can be learned by others. Featherdance can be learned by other Flying types and Smeargle and Twineedle can be learned by Smeargle. Transform can be learned by three pokemon, Ditto, Mew, and Smeargle.

Chatter, due to technical difficulties, could not be taught to Smeargle. Normally, when a Chatot learned the move, you could set what it sounded like when used. The volume determined the confusion rate. There were bugs when Smeargle learned the move, resulting in either 0% confusion chance, or 100% confusion chance, so they disallowed Smeargle to Sketch the move.

Sketch can only be learned by Smeargle.

So nobody knows what is prerequisite in the anime for a girl to join ash in the travelling group?
...for him to break her bike?
that's not correct but your in the right direction
The pre-requisities for the girl to join the group are:
Wanting to increase their strength or have someone to travel with/help her with her pokemon contests.
Ash's Pikachu to destroy the girl's bike or cause it to get destroyed.

Heh, specs Lucario. That's funny. Scarf Heatran says Hi.

Anyways, you asked what item makes Blissey obsolete, and no item truly does that. Chansey can still be tricked an item because it has no Air Mail. There are many more Fighting types that are faster or 101 subbers that are faster.

Chansey has some different uses. Yes they are very similar (both can special wall forever) but they are slightly different. Blissey can use moves like Flamethrower to deal with certain pokemon while Chansey has to use Seismic Toss.

How many Pokemon can legitimately guarantee its one-hit KO move will land? (discounting Smeargle)

What attack type is Judgement?

Which are the only two pokemon (so far) that cannot be hit with super effective damage?

What are the only four move tutor moves that Mew cannot learn? (hint: Draco Meteor is one)
hmm don't know

whatever type of plate is currently being held by arceus

sableye and spiritomb

frenzy plant blast burn and hydro cannon
Only one: Articuno can combine Mind Reader and Sheer Cold. (of course that is still blocked by Sturdy, but Articuno shouldn't be trying to set up against any Sturdy pokemon anyway, as they are mostly Rock types and Magneton/Magnezone)

Machop/choke/champ can (or used to be able to) learn Fissure with its No Guard ability, but Fissure can still be avoided by Flying types and Levitate.

Golbat/Crobat and Absol can combine Mean Look with Perish Song, but three turns is a long time... Neither are particularly sturdy and can be KO'd to cancel Mean Look, and the target can still switch (assuming there is another conscious pokemon) using U-Turn or Run Away (baton pass transfers Perish Song).

Exeggcute and Exeggutor.

I cant think of one so Ill do the opposite question. An easy one. What pokemon(s) has absolutely no weaknesses.
Edit: Nevermind that one was already asked.

Correct!!! And your answer to your question, it?s Spiritomb and Sableye. If you are also including Black and White Pokémon then that new leech Pokémon also have no weaknesses as well.

I suppose a bonus question is- excluding Exeggcute and Exeggutor, which other Pokémon?s also got several weaknesses?

Ho-oh.

New question: what was the pokemon that attacked Ash and Pikachu at the end of Episode 1?
