A maxed Sp. Atk EV and IV level 100 Charizard on 1/3 health with the ability Blaze and a flame plate/charcoal using Blast Burn during a Sunny Day on a level 1 min EV min IV Sp. Def Paras with the ability 'Dry Skin', possibly holding some kind of nerfing item that I haven't discovered yet.

Edit: after checking Bulbapedia, turns out that I can also have my charizard boost its special attack by using Ancientpower a bunch of times beforehand. The Paras has also been Energy Ball'd a couple times to reduce its special defence.

And I'm putting up another question: in DPPt, your rival is very reckless, so much so that the first time you see him exiting a pokemon center is when? Note: I literally replayed Platinum over the past week or so with this question in mind, so I'm ABSOLUTELY SURE I have the right answer.

I can't remember the name but I believe it is on the beach like level. It is on the first course of the game (the one with the Kingler rock) and if you use your apples well enough you can get a picture of Pikachu on a pink surf board.interspark said:
