Hahhaa, well, I say Borderlands because it's like that in the sense that if you go the wrong way and you suddenly meet up with a guy 4-5 levels above you you're dead meat.s69-5 said:Borderlands... I think previous posts in other threads show my view on that game. I won't say anything since it wouldn't be anything nice. Not sure how it relates to Demon's Souls, but okay, if you see a resemblance, I'll accept (sometimes people can see things in different ways).
Demon's Souls is like Dragon Age on the surface, I guess. But I never felt doom during Dragon Age. Something about Dragon Age felt a little, I dunno, hollow? It's hard to describe. Again, it's not a bad game (I like it) it's just missing something that I can't put my finger on.
If I had to say Demon's Souls was like anything, basically if Castlevania: SOTN and Shadow of Colossus slunk off into a corner somewhere, nine months later, they'd be cradling a baby named Demon's Souls.
Dragon Age, because Dragon Age requires strategy to win battles.
I absolutely loved both Dragon Age and Borderlands, but they're cross-platform titles so it does nothing to further our arguments.
I had some interest in Demon's Souls, but to be honest I will likely never buy a PS3 because I already have a blu-ray player and I don't have enough time to play all the 360 titles that I want to.
