I believe there are aliens, now I am not talking about Xenomorphs or Predatorians or anything of the sort, just a another life form from another planet, even the smallest bacteria. To quote from a series called Supernatural "Your galaxy has just gotten out of its diapers", and since this is true I think that there has to be some other planet with some sort of lifeform on it.

Then ghosts and stuff... I keep an open mind but it has been noted that if someone really believes in this and gets some sort of vision then it has happened that they quickly fall mentaly ill, not being able to handle it (especially if it's teenagers we are talking about). The most supernatural thing ever is probably God and since spirits exist in almost every religion I think that if there is a spiritual world it is not something we should be toying with but leave it alone.

We still haven't discovered all the animal/plant/critter species that exist, so no we would not have found them by now, especially if they are indeed magical or invisible.

I'm not saying supernatural things exist btw.
"magical or invisible" seems a little hard to swallow, but I always think what if these things are smart enough to hide from us? Think about it. Sitings of some creatures are centuries old, if they've been around that long and if they're intelligent, they've seen us constantly wage pointless war over the simplest of differences, they've seen how intolerant humanity can be as a species. Maybe they're not prepared to risk showing themselves to a species with a proven track record for destroying what they don't understand?

In my opinion things that science cant explain is just too advanced for it to explain YET.
Supernatural is just another word for: Not explained yet, and as such there is nothing fantastic about it other than the fact that we do not know how it works. This though is a far cry from do not exist.

The universe exists, but we do not quite know how it came to be, or why.
Ghosts on the other hand do not exist, at least so far I do not know of ANY evidence to suggest otherwise, and thus science need not explain it. It is not even likely that they exist. Aliens on the other hand...its quite likely that they exist. I believe Carl Sagan once calculated the odds of aliens existing. Youtube it. Nice little vid.

I flat out don't believe in ghosts. In my opinion when you die you die. No after life. I am also a firm believer of science and that there exists a logical explanation for everything, even if we don't understand it yet. Aliens on the other hand i believe in. It's impossible for us to be the only living things in the entire cosmos, however the chances of us ever meeting them is extremely small.

An interesting theory i heard about aliens is that one of the reasons we have never encountered an alien race is because all civilizations keep expanding until they discover nuclear power/weapons then they wipe themselves out.

I don't believe in supernatural stuff, because more often then not those "sightings" can be explained by far simpler explanations.

And in the cases that they cannot, it's just a matter of time.
If there really were ghosts, aliens on our planet, or magical unicorns, we would have found them by now.
We still haven't discovered all the animal/plant/critter species that exist, so no we would not have found them by now, especially if they are indeed magical or invisible.

Yeah, but the point is, that black spider with a green blob shape on his back might not have been discovered yet. But as far as I know, he's not breaking any natural laws of physics.
Ergo, we can safely assume that if such spider exists, it's not so much a miracle, but just a lucky found.

And while ghosts might be very well hidden, they are also breaking the laws of physics, and that, my friend, is a big wall to climb over for something that recorded history has never seen any for of proof from. Ever.

I probably should have put this part in my original post, thank you for pointing it out.
