I seriously don't like Asus, They don't even name what type of graphics card they have, It just says "Nvidia". Now Nvidia is my prefered brand of graphics card, but I'm not sure how good that one is. Plus the only one that might fit my needs is 200$ more than the alienware from bestbuy.Mariner said:Thats wasteful. quarters are very versatile you know?DeadSp8s said:i stopped throwing quarters at pigeons.
If you are going to get a new laptop I recommend getting one of the Asus ones if you dont care much about the weight. Also how much are you planning to save?MASTACHIEFPWN said:1. I agree, the are a bit pricy, and look odd, but not that odd.smearyllama said:Just not Alienware. I'd go with a better value for your dollar.MASTACHIEFPWN said:I honestly hate toshiba... I have had terrible experences with the brand. I know that alienware desktops are uber over priced, so I will never get one of those... unless it's free... free things are good.
There are plenty of other brands that don't bank on "Look cool while you play video games in a public place!" and actually give you high-quality products that won't get you funny looks.
There's much better options, some of them are more expensive, but in the end, it's up to you.
2. Portable, so I could take it to my school and use it for my technology class
3. Has a good graphics card, I can play my favorite games that my home PC can't!
4. It is very appealing to me, rather than most laptops I have seen.
