Though FFVII is one of my least favorite games, Clouds final Limit Break where it shows the earth from space then some big giant beam hits the planet right where your enemy is is awesome. My hands down favorite.
Uhm... You sure you're not thinking of Squall's "Blast Zone"? Or an Enemy Skill?

I submit the infallible Zanmato of Yojimbo. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvdQTiKWL24]

Hard to say. One has to take scale into account. After all, it's pretty cool to pull the moon from orbit and crash it into your opponent, but on a smaller scale, following up a ten-hit combo with a ground pound is cool in its own right. For smaller scales, I'll present the following.

Dragon Install -> short combo -> uppercut -> sword slash -> leaping slash -> Fire Wave.

Short combo -> Reverse Lotus -> True Reverse Lotus -> Eternal Chaotic Dance.

Face it, you don't have enough swords.

While it's not from video games, I have to nominate Hellsing's Alucard doing...anything.

Really, anything.

ANYTHING.

At the end of the series, I have to nominate Alucard as the most powerfully broken character in all of fiction. Here's a hint of what he literally gets:

After basically absorbing the entirety of Schrodinger's Law, Alucard now has the power to make whatever he believes comes true. If he thinks he can't be defeated, he can't be killed even more-so than previously shown. If he thinks you shouldn't exist, you simply never existed. The only reason he doesn't do the latter? He's thinks it's more fun watching you FAIL!

It's been said by his creator that the only way to kill him is to trick himself into thinking he doesn't exist.

I always liked Kiros' (FFVIII) limit break, Blood Pain.
It's not especially powerful, and you have maybe two opportunities to use it throughout the entire game, but it looks incredibly stylish.

I also really like all of FFVI's Desperation Attacks, mostly because I didn't even know they existed until recently. Apparently, if you use the "Fight" command with a character in critical health status, there's a 1 in 16 chance they'll use a very powerful unique skill. It's basically a precursor to the limit break as we know it today.

Gotta love Dissidia EX bursts, they really lay on the pain and look down right epic.

That and Hakumens Astral Finish. It's simple, but boy does it fuck shit up and really shows off his bad assness.
