If someone is going to die, it won't be Stark, Rodgers, or Banner(I guess it could be banner, but that should not be possible). Anyone else is on the table in my mind. Except maybe The Vision.

Of all the current Avengers, [Black Widow] is the only one who was a villain (and a bad one) beforehand...

I'm pretty sure Hawkeye started as a villain. And the Hulk wasn't really either hero or villain... he was a remnant of Marvel's monster comics past that carried over to the silver age.
