Also... how and where do you buy the missing trading cards for archivements/badges?

That would be the marketplace, under the community tab. Most cards go for 20-30 cents if you want to finish some sets. There's also an official Steam trading card group, though it's a little hit-or-miss on what people are trading.

If you want to fill your steam library in a hurry, keep track of the Humble Bundle site. They have a weekly sale where they offer a few smaller name titles for dirt cheap, and every month or two, they have a bigger bundle with outrageous amounts of quality games for whatever you feel like paying. A lot of the games people give away in this thread are just Humble Bundle duplicates.

Thank you I checked the marketplace and it said I had to be on steam shield or something like that for a couple of weeks so I will be able to buy trading cards after october 30th
