Now, it's not the same thing but... Dark Souls is 75% off on Steam and I can't get it because of GFWL region locked the game for me. I already confirmed that it will work despite this lock (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showpost.php?p=32634321&postcount=6), I only need someone to buy it as a gift for me. Now, I'm not asking for someone to spend their hard earned cash on a complete stranger so I would reimburse you right away with another Steam game (either from the list above or anything on your wishlist). That would be the marketplace, under the community tab. Most cards go for 20-30 cents if you want to finish some sets. There's also an official Steam trading card group, though it's a little hit-or-miss on what people are trading.

If you want to fill your steam library in a hurry, keep track of the Humble Bundle site. They have a weekly sale where they offer a few smaller name titles for dirt cheap, and every month or two, they have a bigger bundle with outrageous amounts of quality games for whatever you feel like paying. A lot of the games people give away in this thread are just Humble Bundle duplicates.

Thank you I checked the marketplace and it said I had to be on steam shield or something like that for a couple of weeks so I will be able to buy trading cards after october 30th

I have tonnes of keys from the humble bundle like Metro 2033, Dead Space, Dead Space 3 (Origin) Mirrors edge pretty much anything that was on humble bundle that I'll trade for Arma 3
