You ever had those moments when you just have no idea what to play?? You're either stuck at some part in some game, got tired of playing video game #863, or just can't decide what to do as you sit in limbo.

Express some of your gaming drought moments here, see if you're experiencing the same thing I'm going through.(Can't decide if he should continue trying 100% Devil May Cry 4, keeping playing KoF 2006 because he cant find a fighter that suits him, reinstall Street Fighter 4 and try the same for that, or just try looking for a new game entirely)

Trying to find a FPS better than cod4. I'm getting tired of it, but can't find any other shooter as good. It has some irritating problems, but every other FPS i've tried so far seem to have far worse issues.

Also, i'm stuck on Ninja Gaiden 2.

Yep.

I'm currently at a gaming impasse:

1. Finish my push for my level 60 Mass Effect character, and then play through Mass Effect 1 + 2 again.
2. Get my last achievement in Oblivion (Duke of Mania) so I never have to play that damned game again.
3. Play through Assassin's Creed 1 + 2 in preparation for Brotherhood.
4. Play through Fable 1 + 2 in preparation for Fable 3
5. Play through Fallout 3 with an Unarmed character in preparation for New Vegas
6. Spend more time playing Mercenaries 2
7. Finish Final Fantasy XIII
8. Continue playing and 100% Red Dead Redemption

As you can see, I have a lot of options, and I have much less time to do them this summer than I originally though.

I get that sometimes, hell I'm going through it right now.

I'm just going to take a break for a while and get back to gaming when I fell like it.

I want to try to get 100% on the original Metroid Prime, but I could never that find that one missile so whenever I think about it, I become depressed. Also, whenever I play SF:Alpha 3 or 3rd Strike I start to enter a loop where I try a new character and end up completing the game with +40 continues (6 star difficulty mind you) and turn the system off in a bad mood.

Rarely. BUt it happens when I want to play something on the Xbox 360. I see my 6 games...then my 52 Wii games. Then I play the Wii again for HOURS!

Same here. My solution was to reinstall C&C: First Decade and replay Tiberian Sun, might also replay Yuri's Revenge.

Hmm, whenever that happens, I just close my eyes, mix my games around, and grab one randomly. Kinda like video game roulette...random thought: what if they had Russian Roulette in RDR? Not sure that would work...maybe you get taken care of by a doc to survive the shot but lose all your money...I dunno.

This seems to happen for or after a lot of fighting games with me for some reason.

It always ends up being "OMG this is so fun -plays characters, pulling off combos- I'll never get tired of this -finishes unlocked the extra characters and stages the next day-.....now what?...."

Also thinking of reinstalling PoP 08 or something now too...god dang it x-x

Constantly. If I was offered to have any existing 360 game for free I would just say no thanks. Or take a $60 one and sell it.

I've had that a lot recently. I've resorted to playing old PS1 games but it's not helping. I need to get my hands on a new game.

that usually happens when I have no money to buy new games (which is most of the time). Try getting an emulator to play all the awesome old school games you never played but always wondered about, thats what I did and it payed off. I loves me Final Fantasy 6.

Usually I have a horrid memory, but after I play a game, I don't forget what happened in it for a year or 2, so if I play it again, it seems boring.

I'm also incredibly picky compared to 10 years ago. I've somehow limited myself to WRPGs, MMORPGs, oldschool 2D JRPGs, & anything people swear is funny. My only acceptions sofar have been Batman, Ghostbusters, BioShock, The Path, & the upcomming Portal 2, which I'm sure I won't be able to play on this compy. I also need a new CPU & card soon so I can play newer games.

Have you tried doing something really boring for a wile? After doing something really boring for a wile any video game is fun, fresh and enjoyable (unless it sucks).

I have too many games for my own good, and I get this fairly often. It sucks, but once I start one of the games I've been reluctant to play, I end up overcoming it.
