Rosa picked her head up. "Alexandria, after Simon's own ancestor... Have you ever heard of anything called Alexandria's Genesis?"
"y-yes, but ive only ever heard someone mention it once. Ben knew someone who knew someone who had it. i never met him though."
Rosa giggled a bit. "Simon had it... Rich, beautiful purple eyes, skin as white as snow... He looked so alien but so... Amazing at the same time..." Rosa's head sunk again. "A-And because of that... Everyone hated him. As a child he was beaten and abused by other children and the adults never seemed to care... He was alone... Then I found him and helped him, protected him... and we fell in love... I always dreamed of our lives from the day we fell in love... And I always dreamed of a little girl with beautiful purple eyes and white skin...
And that she'd be loved for it..." Rosa started cryin again. "A-And I was so happy the day he proposed to me..." Rosa lifted up her right rin finer and looked at the Amythyst ring again. "I thought'd we'd have that future with that beautiful girl in it, and we'd row old together... A-And then... Then..." Rosa's tears were increasing.

"W-We were walking by ourselves one day... J-Just enjoying each other's company and were were hit over the head by something blunt and stuffed into a bag together... I-I was so scared... Simon tried to reassure me that I would survive... He told me that if anythin should happen to him th-that I should live without regrets... A-And when were were taken out of the bag, we were tied with ropes so that we couldn't move... W-We were placed intentionally so that were were facing each other a-and then... That man... I hate that man... he came with a knife a-and... H-He stabed Simon to death in front of me... All the blood went everywhere... I-It was so hot... A-And then, he stabbed me t-twice before the police had arrived... I was hospitolized a-and while I was recovering, the wave came... I-i took refuge on top of the hospital for the next week... N-No food, no water... I-I wanted to die..." Rosa slid off of Dan againa dn fell to her knees, she grabbed each arm with the opposite hand and shook tremendously. "A-All that blood... I-It hurt..."
Dans eyes widened at the thought,
"Its ok. its over now. you've survived and now you're with friends. i know none of us can replace Simon but its better than what it was."

"Rosa...you didnt do anything to deserve that. Do you know if that man is still alive or not? He doesn't deserve to be!" he said, putting his hands on her shoulders.
"I-I don't know... H-He could have been eaten by the wave... B-But he still won and now neither of us can be happy... A-And that sweet child will never exist..." Rosa said, continuing to cry.
"Y-you never know. you might find someone just as special as Simon. The child wont be excactly how you planned it, but i bet Simon would want you to find someone!" Dan said, wincing.
"I don't think I could ever give my heart to anyone again... B-But maybe... B-But I don't know! I-I want to see Simon when I'm dead, show him that i've been faithful, I want nothing more... I don't know!"
"Just remember him. Remember what he was like. Would he want you to find someone else? Or would he want you to live alone?"
Rosa was merely lettingg the tears flow from here face, saliva dripping down with it. "H-He would want me to find someone else... T-To be happy... B-But if I marry, I'll have to be with that man forever... Even when I die I couldn't go to Simon... I want that, so much... I-I'd give up my happiness for it... I-I would..."
"Well, if that's how you feel, then you must face the consequences. i'm very sorry. I wish i could help out, but i can't." Dan mumbled feeling guilty.
"I-I wish I knew what to do... I don't want companionship, I don't want happiness if it means I won't get to be Simon's forever..." She starrted cryingg more loudly. "I'm so selfish... He wants me to be happy but I can't! I-I don't know what to do! D-Dan! Help me!"
"b-but how? how can i help you? What should i do? i can't make the choice for you..." Dan was becoming distrest.
She grabbed him by the shirt and looked him directly in the eyes, scared and confused. "I-I don't know! I can't make this decision on my own! I don't know what to do!" She said, cryin more heavily now.
Dan breathed heavily and loudly, shocked by the lock Rosa had on his shirt.
"...uuh...d-do whatever makes you happy. W-whatever you want most deep inside you. if you l-look hard enough, you'll find the answer..." Dan said, probably giving up any chance he had with Rosa. if there was any in the first place.
