The weapon you couldn't do without

Whatever secondary weapon I have in Counterstrike Source, be it the Glock, USP or Desert Eagle (prefer the USP), the secondary weapon saved my life countless of times after hearing the "death click" from my main weapon in a fire fight, swapping to your pistol is always faster then reloading your main gun. It's even better when we both shoot our guns empty on each other, ánd shoot our secondary guns empty on eachother, then it's just stab stab

Probably a lightsaber, someone has already mentioned this, but they are just awesome.

And otherwise the Splicer from Resistance 2. Yeah, it was the worst gun in the game, but the concept of a gun shooting saw blades, that was pretty hardcore.

I'd say the wrench from Bioshock because you could beat the entire game using it and it alone.

Yes, you'd die and respawn a lot, but any damage you do to your enemies remains after you respawn. It kind of takes some excitement out of the game because you don't have to worry about getting killed.

Double Enforcers in Unreal Tournament (the original) - was always the only person to use 'em, and my mates hated me cos I could still beat them with their fancy schmancy rocket launchers

personally I really loved the shock rifle, and it was awesome to pull of the combo with it.
and speaking of lightsabers, any of the jedi I make in either KOTOR game would probably to into a cataconic seizure without their lightsaber(s)

It's like the uberrailgun of all pr0-style weapons, and if your aim's bad, you can alway spam some grenades with it.

It's the shotgun, hands down.
Gears 1/2
Shotgun once again, I've taken many people on with that thing.
CoD games
The sniper, hands down. I'm good with them all, but there's always that one that I get really good with.
If the game has melee weapons, I get pretty good with them as well.
