Well, these specs are roughly the same as Ground Zeroes' requirements and I can run it fairly well at mid-high settings.

My PC made a strange and distressing sound when i looked at those specs. Needless to say i need an upgrade pronto.

I'm skeptical of these. It seems that these recommended specs are based on either literally everything (AA, Super Sampling, etc) turned on which even at 1080p aren't necessary or they're just fabrications to make people believe the engine is more powerful than it is. My i5 4690k and 970 should run this just fine.

I'll have to get a Tower afteral, then. :/ Oh well, I was thinking of getting one for Batman anyway.

Well I look good, only part that concerns me at all is my i7 2600k, looks like my gen 2 i7 is starting to be pushed to work. That said CPUs have mostly hit their peaks, not a huge difference atleast in desktop field.

MGS runs on high/ultra for me so I suspect this will too. Honestly I stopped looking at game specs years ago.

Yowsah! That's a meaty computer that they're asking for. Looks like this is gonna be one of those games that keeps the PC part stores in business.

Well my Radeon R9 270 should be just enough, I hope, despite its specs being just slightly below a 7870. But damn...I knew my specs were gonna be on the low end for this game but I didn't think I'd just be barely scraping by.

Nothing will challenge my i5-2500k! It is the little engine that could. Overclocked as it is, it just keeps going and going, no matter it's age.

Only a GTX650 here, and it's due for an upgrade.

Then again, I wasn't really interested in playing this game anyway.

By the time this game is released I'll have my new rig built and be ready to play on maximum settings. The only carryover from my old rig will be my 2TB HD and peripherals. Spring can't come fast enough.

Looks like I'd barely squeeze by the minimum specs. An i7 for rec? I have a hard time believing that.
Why? Anyone should have predicted that games would be multithreaded this gen.

I don't get why people go for i7 though. You don't really need it for gaming. Xeon is about $20 more expensive than the i5 and it's basically an i7 without an integrated GPU which gamers don't need anyway. And it can't be overclocked. That's what puts off a lot of people. But when you think about it, it's not actually a big deal unless you want bragging rights, since all the games that require an i7 are made to run at stock speed just fine. And you're getting a server grade CPU designed to run 24/7. It's more stable than an i7. You also save money by not having to buy an aftermarket cooler. I'm going to sell my AMD FX-8350 rig and get myself a Xeon E3-1231-v3 before this thing comes out. YOLO!!!

I got 4GB of ram (soon to be 8GB) running at 1600mhz, a I5-4460 and a GTX 750 that has 1GB of memory.

could I run this game on windowed with little AA?

P.S I do have a ps4 but I prefer 60fps if possible.

I have barely enough RAM at exactly 8GB, and GTX 660... something tells my poor rig only about year and a half old will incinerate itself at main menu already.

I should be good to go. i7 3770, EVGA GTX 970 OC, 16GB RAM. Though I don't like the fact that my CPU is just at the recommended spec. I'm hoping it will last me a couple more years
