The world will be fine. There are too many people with a vested interest in keeping things running for anything really tragic to occur on a global scale. Be happy that Fallout 3 is just a fantasy and a scenario even remotely approaching that will never be seen in our lifetimes.

Ehhh but in all seriousness, George Calin has a point, the world will not die, it'll just change. People and animals will die, but the Earth isn't exactly going to up its legs and cark it. It'll be devoid of some (fairly) popular species, like humans and other animals and insects, mammals and reptiles and monotremes and plants, but it's not like it's going to turn into Mercury overnight while we're asleep.

a fallout 3 scenario would be quite awesome actually. If you think about it, at least it'd bring about a bit of a change of lifestyle. Sure, it may destroy humanity as we know it, but we could use the extra elbow space..BonsaiK said:

We aren't going to die that soon. Global warming doesn't happen in one day, you know and who would be that stupid to start nuclear war?
