The worst game world to be part of

Being an NPC in the Pokemon games must suck, especially if the hero has a VS Seeker. So there you are, minding your own business where some super powerful trainer comes by and wrecks your shit. So then you watch them run around like a dildo, recharging their VS seeker while you barely have time to recover before BOOM they wreck you again!

The Pokemon world: If you are an NPC, three things are bound to happen. 1, A ten year will beat the shit out of your pokemon and take your money, 2, you're going to get robbed by a criminal organization and 3, you and the rest of the people of the world are going to be threatened by a legendary pokemon awakened by said criminal organization. Not my idea of a fun time.

Dino Crisis: A lot of people would say Resident Evil, but living in the world of Dino Crisis would be much worse. Zombies for the most part are slow and somewhat predictable with the occasional fast zombie or B.O.W. Dinosaurs however are mostly fast, vicious, hard to kill and can be stealthy. Let's just hope zombie dinos don't ever happen.

The jak and daxter universe in Jak II and III. I would not want to live there as fun it is to travel to the locations and meet the characters I would not want to be in that universe.

I'd say Fallout 3. Can't imagine people get much sleep, knowing the only reason they're alive is because none of the mutants or psychotic raiders haven't bothered to notice them yet. Shelter usually consists of burned out buildings or cobbled together shacks. If you don't die while trying to get food and water, the food and water itself might kill you. Most people are armed but that doesn't mean much when basically everything has you out-gunned.

Even the relative safety of the Vaults just makes them glorified lab rats.

Yeah pretty bleak, hopeless existence I'd say.

One moment you're walking down the street and then some nut bashes your head in for your pocket change. And even if the police catch him, he is free within minutes, no prosecution, no trial, nothing, he's just back to killing random innocent people and steal their shit

That is actually the merciful part. The cruel part is the world you live has the worst stereotypes people think of from nationality and subcultures. In Gta. If you die outside a mission you respawn due to free healthcare provided by the tears and blood big pharma spilled.

So it's like real life?

It's a toss up between World of Warcraft and Warhammer 40K for me, although I suppose World of Warcraft is really just 40K Lite. Both are basically nothing but a never ending torrent of hate and violence.

I don't know at least in World of Warcraft there are hot elf chicks that haven't seen a guy in 10,000 years. I'm just saying I could think of a worse jobs then envoy to the Night Elves.

Edit. And anyway isn't that more of StarCraft's thing? Ripping off 40K?

Given how you respawn even with no money. It is effectively free. They even have a free medkit waiting to give a meth junkie a fix.
