Spiritomb is a lovecraftian parody. Giratina is the closest being legitimately love craftian.

What the heck is the yellow one with one eye next to the Golduck? All I can think of is Suezo, but that was Monster Rancher, and that thing didn't have arms anyway.
I think its a Psyduck cause they have a massive brain but also constantly have headaches.
Ah; good point. They do have 3 fingers, and it is kinda next to the Golduck. XD

I'm personally a fan of the Pokemon a la traditional Japanese paintings [http://blog.livedoor.jp/agraphlog-asamegraph/temp/pokehyaku.html] collection, myself.
Those are absolutely amazing. The legendary birds and beasts in particular... probably because they're kind of Japanese-influenced anyway.

Golduck/Electroball look Awesome but some like Lickitongue are obviously Tentacle Rape inspired....

I'm not a fan of these from a Pokémon fan perspective. I can respect the amount of effort and detail that went into them, as I'm certain it eclipses my own art talents, but it just seems like an effort spent trying to gross people out.

I'd far prefer to see more art like these:

It's not quite Locecraftain in terms of ball stomping horror but it's still pretty damn scary looking. What is that rock looking one anyways?
Sudowoodo, he was pretty crap.

It looks like they were zombiefied.
