Can I download it from steam?
I'm just OCD about my game collection, I already have BF3 on origin, I really don't want to manage another distribution platform. I'll probably buy it if it never comes to steam because I want to try it before thi4f (ugh) comes out, but I won't like it.

Restricting your game purchases to a particular digital distribution platform strikes me as a little bizarre, but hey, whatever floats your boat. Me, I've always been more interested in the games than in where they come from.
