I find the whole "gender equality" debate to be confusing and annoying. I'm all for equal pay for equal work and all that jazz, but when issues of chivalry and independence enter the equation, it starts getting into weird territory.

For example, I used to know this woman who was fairly outspoken on the issue of women's rights. She was always going on and on and on about how a woman could do everything a man could do and more, and that ours was a backward society for not embracing the concept of total and complete gender equality.

And yet, when I neglected to hold the door open for her or suggested that she pick up the tab on one of our visits to Starbucks, suddenly I'm the bad guy. Honestly, with any other person, I'd probably hold the door or pick up the tab, but the way she talked, I always thought she'd take it as an insult against her status as an empowered woman if I did. Infuriating.

The fact that when you make a film, have a child as a lead character, or make it like a fairy tale, or anything like that, some idiot thinks that "OH! A SUPERHERO MOVIE CALLED WATCHMEN! IT MUST BE GOOD FOR LITTLE JOHNNY!" and buys tickets. I am going to have revenge some day, If I ever make a movie, by having a child centered trailer thing, action figures, all that and MAKING THE MOST NIGHTMARISH THING YOU HAVE EVER SEEN!

I am very confused. You dislike it when a children's movie turns out to be Zack Snyder's The Watchmen with a disguise? Hmmm...oh!

You know what I hate? When people take too much mescaline and complain on the internet about problems that don't actually exist. That, and when the purple flamingos named Allthewishes chase me down the street. Dude, for the last time, please tell your face to stop melting.

whatever happened to natural selection if I ran things we wouldn't have signs on plane wings saying "this is not a step" or signs on vending machines saying "don't tip that shit over yo" we might advance further as a society that way

I am annoyed by society in general...

My all time favorite attempt at idiot-proofing, I found in the lobby restroom of Bruce Hall at the University of North Texas. It had instructions for wiping one's ass. I believe it began with "pull down and tear." The first time I read this was the first time I got high, and I felt very nervous coming out of that restroom with all those eyes on me after laughing so hard.

Sorry guy, Tim Burton already made Nightmare Before Christmas and also Gremlins 1 pretty much had that effect too.
