Seriously, it's one perfectly acceptable thing to not believe in a god/godess, I'm right there with you, but it's quite another to act as though anyone who does is somehow morally inferior and their actions need to be outlawed. Religion does most of its adherents no end of good, citing the extremists doesn't somehow make that null. Acting smug and superior and disparaging everyone else's beliefs doesn't make you a rebel who's fighting the stagnant superstitions of ancient cultures, it makes you a douche.
