(Take my advice: NEVER watch a countdown of the 100 Scariest Movie Moments at night. Just... trust me on this one.)

My fears include needles, heights (as in falling from), dead things, the undead, rabies (though I love dogs), sharp objects, drowning, strangers (and my love of crime shows doesn't help), the dark, blood (to a point), being buried alive, pain, death, nuclear weapons, the end of the world, and er... rape (as a young female, this is a pretty big one for me, and again, my fondness for crime shows doesn't help on this one either...).

So yeah, I'm fairly paranoid.

I'm afraid of heights. OK, not too much... I've parasailed before, which was great fun, but I was extremely apprehensive before going down. It's rickety things that get me. At an adventure centre, fully harnessed and safe, I couldn't make it to the top of a ladder that was supposed to begin an aerial obstacle course, just because it wobbled a bit...

I'm also afraid of things jumping out at me. I've said this once before, but one time on my birthday, my friends had a surprise party for me, and when they jumped out at me I nearly fainted.

EDIT: an easier understood example: I have no problems with creepy-crawlies, spiders and te like, but one time I was shifting planks out of my garden into a skip, and the bottom one was damp and semi-rotten from rain. I lifted it up and a bunch of woodlice and spiders scarpered everywhere. I dropped the plank straight away and pretty much ran off, screaming like a 7 year old girl...

garter snakes, its not so much being afraid as much as being disgusted and angered.

I dont have any proper fears, but I get slightly nervous when I'm up high and there isn't anything stopping you from falling.

I used to be afraid of spiders but I recently got over that fear so I don't think I'm afraid of anything anymore. Hmm, then again I guess it kind of depends on the situation. For example, am I afraid of polar bears? No. Would I be afraid if I was standing next to a polar bear? Probably, especially if it was hungry.

Ive been in the open ocean before with friends... I was terrified when I was in the water... it just... keeps going down. and I have no idea whats down there at the moment...

That and Im also afraid of anyone else out after 2am. Ive had to bike home from friends houses around that time... and the bars close around then... so I dont trust anyone

Needles, which is really weird, because I'll play that game where you go in between your fingers with a knife and get faster and faster knowing full well I'll probably fuck up and put a huge gash in one of my fingers. I don't fear pain or cuts, just needles.

I'm completely terrified of needles. My entire family has gotten the swine flu shot, and I haven't. I would get the shot if I weren't so goddamn afraid of needles.

They have the Nasal shot. It's a syringe without the needle and with a mist nozzle thing where the needle should be. It's bad though. Had the worst headache for 12 hours or so after getting it. Still..... better than getting stuck right?
And way better than getting H1N1!

And I am afraid of Clowns and Zombies in that order. I'm sure you can all appreciate my recent moments of panic during L4D2's Dark Carnival campaign and the movie Zombieland where my 2 fears were combined.

On Topic: I actually don't know if i fear anything.. I don't like spiders or darkness.. But i wouldn't say i fear them..
