tf2. I decide to do my invincible BONK dash to get past the enemy sentry. When i got past it i turned around to see 4 enemies about to take me down.

This is gonna suck, i though as i pulled out a few pistol shells and distracted the enemy engineer for a second. little did he know a spy was mooching off his dispenser for quite a while now.

Or when you have to put away your awesome sword to disarm a brute only for all the other normal guards to attack you - so you get your sword - and then the brute attacks.

I was stupid enough to play Warcraft 3 on hard mode. In the last five minutes of the first defense mission, my only unprotected flank gets hit by a bunch of zombies during a heated battle with the main undead force. They wittle down my town hall to a fourth of its health before I get the tattered remnants of my forces together to kill them. Then, with about five muskets and a priest left alive, another wave of the main undead force comes along with a hero unit. I just closed the game, and walked away.

What? Most of those are just your standard Shadows. Easiest fight ever, just go Dynasty Warriors on their asses and you're sorted .

That event has affected me too...

Lets see i got a couple of times.

The first time i fought Yunalesca i saw her health 64,000 not bad i told myself and then came part 2 i figured okay this should be it and then part 3.... i didn't touch my ps2 for about 2 weeks when i saw that.

when i turned on Harvest Moon Ds and the sprite told me i need to rescue all of the sprites that i can.

first time i saw Sephiroths supernova attack in FF7 and when i tried to face him in KH1

The last level in Halo 1 when your forced to ride the warthog

The intro level in megaman 7

and every time i see a bunch of portals in a megaman game signifying i have to beat all of them all over again

Any time in survival/horror games where you hear roaring in the distance

Any time the lights go off in an FPS

Any time you go into a cave in the KOTOR games
