You've obviously never taken acid. 2C-B or some kind of ketamine speedball maybe, but that's not really the acid experience at all. I find it lazy and annoying that when people refer to stuff like this with drugs similes that aren't properly understood - you're a journalist, use your descriptive powers for something other than a bland cliché!
