It is as awesome as a mediocre idea can be. I like the idea that someone has another view of lolcats (and uses proper English) since I hate lolcats. Reason I say it is "mediocre" is because it is hard to get enthusiastic about:

Well, my cats obviously aren´t average or plain. They are special, just like every other cat, be they lol or not. The amount of entertainment they provide is infinite.

Mmmm I can see humour in it, but they seem to try too hard. I'm not saying they have no merit, but I find lolcats funnier.

But... I like lolcats, it entertains the same part of my mind that can entertain me for hours with anything that spins or is shiny. If it's a shiny and spinney thing days can be lost to it's joy.

The fact that almost every one of them begins with "This Cat" for some reason really makes me hate them so very much.
Am I the only one who found the first 3 or 4 averageCats funny, then just as stale as mother-in-law jokes?
Seriously, I get the point, it's a backlash against lolcats, but it's just telling the same cynical joke again and again.

This is the knock off version and therefor not cynical in the slightest. But its better than lolcats. All cynical jokes are the same, the world sucks, I suck, this joke sucks *wait for laughter*.
Those people who love and create lolcats (truly the problem of our society) will find these funny, completely destroying the purpose. Cruel irony, try to overthrow a mafia they will recruit you for your skills.
