As for keeping them in jar, I was watching Snog Marry Avoid where one girl kept her pubes and toenails in a jar...

Ugg... ugggh... ugh... ... ... wut?! Not my kind of show, but what in the hell does she intend to do with her jar full of (toenails &) pubes?! Show it to her prospective in-laws and croon 'my precious'?! Actually the first thing I thought of was: in what way does she remove them that easily facilitates transfer to a jar?! >_< Any way you think it is more disturbing than the fact that she collects it. *hrk*

Well she was an absolute freak. She had a really hoarse voice and was so determined to stand out and be unique, she was just absolutely ridiculous.

She also had a necklace made of a collection of bones she found in a skip.

Curse you a thousand times. You raised my curiosity, so I went to see what that show was about on Youtube.

I think I threw up a little. I thank the Gods for steering my destiny away from that fatal little island where shows like that are actually aired on television.

Muhahaha. *rubs hands* my plan is complete!

To be fair it is my guilty pleasure show. Although the message of it is very nice - that girls shouldn't doll themselves up like cheap hookers and can look just as good by toning it down.
It's one of 'natural beauty is best' shows bandwagon.

But now I regret it because of all the toenail trees in my back yard.

I go one step better than that and actually clip my toenails outside. No need to pick them up or worry where they're going that way.

Um. I clip them, collecting the nails as I go. I put them in a pile, and when I'm done I toss them in the garbage. Now and then one will fly off instead of falling into my hand, so I do try to track them down when that happens. They're pretty sharp if you aren't wearing socks.

Yeah, that start of the shows are quite cringy. Although POD (the 'enslaved, sissified version of HAL9000') does rip the shit out of them and it's funny.

If you can bare watching it to the end, they make the girls look like acceptable and respectable human beings.
Half of them are still slags though.

I pretty much always have an empty cup/bowl on my desk that I had used, they go in there until they can get into a trash can. That or they manage to get launched into my eyeballs, in which case I curse them to Hell.

When I was little I used to bite my toenails...so I've definitely made improvements.

I sit on the toilet and clip them. I throw them away if I can, but if it's a tiny piece that goes flying I get it when I sweep my bathroom.

I have no problems with toenails. Sure it's messy but I don't exactly cringe about it.

The way I do it is open the bin lid so the space it better (all of the chewed gums keep the smell at bay) and place it near my chair. I rest my foot at the edge of the chair and clip again while being careful with the big toe (I dare not risk another ingrowing toenail again).

Once that is done, I file it abit so the newly cut nails ain't going to tangle in my sock and I repeat again with my other foot.

I clip my toenails in the living room carefully collecting each clipping, even the wayward ones. When I'm done, I either bin them or flush them.

So no, I'm not stockpiling my toenails clippings or gifting them to other people or whatever.

I pick up the bin and move it close to my bed so I can sit on my bed and clip my nails. I clip them over the bin. If they miss the bin they go on the floor. I then pick them up off the floor and place them in the bin. I then place the bin back into it's original spot, so the bin can go to sleep.

Catch them as I clip them, then throw them in a bin. Or toilet if I'm doing it in the bathroom. I can't stand it if I drop them, if I do I have to hoover them.

I do not give a sh!t, so i just flick them on the floor, it has not been a problem so far

I clip them in front of the laptop with my foot up on the desk, then collect them up and put them in the bin, because as disgusting and messy as I am even I draw the line at having piles of toe nail clippings everywhere.

(plus the fact that my toenail clippings keep on growing after I've cut then totally gives away the fact that I'm a demon in disguise)

I don't clip...they just sort of 'Break off' per say...

It doesn't help I'm told I have 'talons' by my friends, and could pick up small mice with them.
