Tom and Jerry Gets the MMOG Treatment

OK, I'd probably play a Pinky and the Brain MMO. I'd have "Are you pondering what I'm pondering...?" macro'd and everything

I can't see Tom and Jerry working as an MMO. One thing to bear in mind is that all we've seen is that it will be an MMOG, NOT an MMORPG, so it's a bit hypocritical to claim it'll be awful because the genre described shares a few letters with a game that you don't like. It could be an MMOFPS like Team Fortress 2, or a MMORTS (I don't know how, just work with me on this!)? My bets on an MMO Platformer/Puzzler, with multiple Tom-like cats teaming up to work out puzzles in a futile attempt to get the mice.

A multi-user platform puzzle solver might just work. In my young days I had a whole lot of fun playing Jazz Jackrabbit 2 online! The concept really could be the same.

Jesus, people. Stop giving this game so much credit. They made a crappy Rocko's Modern Life game for the SNES, and I still love that show. And that's just one example. Enough of this, "This game is going to ruin my childhood" nonsense.

I highly doubt they would programme this game unless they had really a clear idea of what they are going to do before hand. You never know this could end with suprising results...

How is Team Fortress 2 an MMOFPS? Its just a regular online multiplayer shooter.
