It would be nice to see something a little different, these are the same scenes, encounter, and area we've been given already, so it's really hard to tell if the whole game is really going to be like this. Maybe it's just a really intense moment in the game but there is very little game play between each cut scene. I don't want to be that guy, but, after Lara lands with parachute and our narrator(?) describes how hurt Lara is, and she's limping, holding her side, she looks hurt, am I the only one that noticed her butt and hips moving an awful lot? I mean, that was full on sexy walk when she looks like she's about to throw up from the pain. Maybe it's just me, but that seemed really odd, for all the talk about bust size being more "real" and she has her hips swinging when she's in pain?

GOOD
That rope trap looked pretty fun, upside down holding fighting off enemies while trying to free yourself from said trap, that's pretty cool, and it seemed like it was all done with free aim and normal gameplay mechanics, no quick time there thank fully.
Graphics still look nice of course.
If we're supposed to get a sense that Lara really sucks at adventuring I totally buy it when she keeps landing on her face, although that just looks kind of dumb.
BAD
Automatic cover mechanics? I really am tired of cover mechanics, I don't see the point, when a damn duck button works better, but now, automatic on top of it, no thank you
You don't want it to be a cover based shooter? Well that's exactly what it was looking like. Everything he was describing, that they didn't want the combat to be, it was. Go into cover, pop up, shoot, repeat. What the hell?
Directly to the video itself, it would have been a little easier to understand certain things if it wasn't stated as Lara doing everything. Lara to me represents the character, while the player is someone else. "Lara steps into a trap" It looked like the player did that? I'm sorry it's just being clear and how much "Lara" was used just made things a tiny bit confusing to me. It really just seemed like the whole thing was trying to hide what's player controlled, AI, scripted, freedom of movement.
